Perfect Getaway/Resort Living
This is a short-term rental(4-month minimum stay). Resort like complex with great amenities and in a perfect location, just a 15 minute walk to the beach. Close proximity to food and entertainment. 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport and 35 minutes to Miami. Complex includes outdoor pool, jacuzzi, bbq grill, access to washer/dryer and guest parking. The unit is a 2-bedroom and 2-bath condo, recently renovated and fully furnished that accommodates 4-5 people. A minimum of 700 credit score and background screening by the HOA is required for final approval.
