Luxury villa - built on a flat ground of more than 2000 m2 in St Jeannet, with clear view on 2 Baous. Wooded park, perfectly maintained, with infinity pool and fully equipped and private pool-house (reserved only for holidaymakers).
This property will seduce you for its quality services and for its absolute calm, offering a real pleasure for real holidays.
The freshness of the garden is very appreciable in summer - a bowling alley and a swing will satisfy the most players.
St Jeannet, is an authentic medieval village of the Côte d'Azur, located about twenty kilometers from Nice. It is a hilltop village, at the foot of the Baou St Jeannet - Le Baou attracts many hikers. An orientation table at the top, to inform walkers, who can see the village, down below, but in the distance, a panorama ranging from the Massif du Mercantour to the hills of Nice, Antibes, the islands of Lérins, and even until the Massif de l'Estérel !!!
The Baous, represent the main attractiveness of the village: climbing, hiking, and now slacklines, attract many national and international visitors. ST jeannet is only 20 minutes from the beaches or the airport.

- Truancy with Bernard Blier
- and recently, an episode of the series "Research Section"

Perfect holiday home

We stayed chez Yo and the whole family loved it (aged 2 - 70!). The pool area is idyllic as well as private and the house was very very comfortable. We also loved exploring nearby Saint Jeannet. We'd love to visit again!

We had a wonderful time.

Yo and her grandson, could not have been more welcoming to their beautiful property. The villa is in a charming area with all the facilities that you could dream of, including a fantastic pool and patio within the gardens to enjoy our evening meals. We would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in the South of France. The property is absolutely beautiful, with spacious grounds that make it feel peaceful and private. The villa itself is bright and airy, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was definitely the view, it’s stunning and made every morning feel special.Our host was fantastic, warm, friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed, which made the whole experience even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in such a gorgeous part of France.

Fantastic host and great property

Everything was above our expectation, the property, location and of course the host, Yo. The house is within 25 minutes of all attractions and was itself a delightful refuge for our large family (4 children 8-17 and 3 adults). The only problem we had (not caused by host) was that the service gave us the wrong address, but this was quickly remedied with a call to the host. We have stayed in the area many times but this was by far our best accommodation experience.

Beautiful villa tucked away in the mountains of the southern riviera

Lovely and very clean villa perfect for our small children . Endless hours spent in the pool and also looking at the chickens and Guinea pigs next door! Yo was very accommodating and helpful. You couldn’t ask for more from a host. This is the perfect spot to base yourself to visit all the beautiful hilltop villages and of course the beaches are not far away at all. Juan les pins/Cannes/Antibes/villefranche sur mer. I couldn’t recommend this villa highly enough . Lovely memories made her. Sante

Vi havde de bedste dage i dette utroligt smukke hus med en fantastisk beliggenhed. Yo var en enestående vært – meget gæstfri, nem at snakke med og altid hjælpsom. Family time with teenagers

Belle découverte. Très belle maison spacieuse, très propre, ordonnée, avec des climatiseurs dans chaque pièce fonctionnant très bien, bien équipée, beau jardin avec belle piscine, même si sa fraîcheur nous a surpris. Pour un couple et 2 ados très agréable (il y aurait la place pour 2 de plus). Proximité des magasins pour les achats quotidiens. Les jeunes ont aimé pouvoir se déplacer seules à pieds. Propriétaire très soucieuse du bien-être des locataires. Disponible pour des échanges et partages si cela est désiré ou discrétion et quiétude si souhaité. Yo est une hôte très gentille et attentionnée. Il serait bon d’indiquer que la route d’accès est étroite, peut-être mentionnée sa largeur dans l’annonce. Mais c’est un détail! Je recommande donc ! Excellente vacances en famille au bord de la piscine!

A wonderful place to relax

We had a lovely weeks holiday. The property was wonderful in every way. We especially appreciated the pool which was perfect for our needs; it is close to the property, no long walks down steps, and adjacent to a lovely terrace where we ate most days. The property also boasts high quality air conditioning units in the bedrooms and main living areas which was fantastic in helping us to sleep and remain confortable when we needed a break from the sunshine. We also enjoyed the view from the terrace and the relative seclusion of the pool and seating area which led to lots of falling asleep over a book. The property is well located, only 25 mins from Nice airport. A boulangerie is 5 mins walk away and there is easy access to Saint Jeannet for restaurants and walks. Yo and her family were a delight, hugely attentive and helpful in every way. We would warmly recommend this villa for any family looking for a relaxing break away from it all.

Un havre de paix et de bien être

Nous souhaitions retrouver cette région en famille. Yo et sa ravissante propriété nous ont offert un écrin de verdure: jardin élégant aux équipements parfaits , panorama exceptionnel sur l arrière pays. Un lieu où il fait bon passer du temps...A proximité d une côte très prisée , nous avons pu profiter de belles ballades mais il était doux de retrouver " notre villa" ! Notre hôtesse nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et a montré beaucoup de prévenance tout au long du séjour . Une semaine formidable ! Merci à vous Yo et votre famille .
