Wonderful accommodation with an amazing view, that you cant get tired of. Villa has everything for a comfortbale stay with family or friends. At home massage by Mrs Irene is a must too! It can be organised once you are on site. Sivota village is tiny but has great restaurants.

A stunning stay at Villa Fyki

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Fyki, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is no ordinary villa — it is an exceptional property in every sense of the word. The villa itself is modern and beautifully designed, blending stylish contemporary interiors with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully appointed. The amenities were excellent — everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay was provided, and the quality throughout was impressive. But it is the view that will stay with us long after we have returned home. We have stayed in many beautiful places, but the panorama from Villa Fyki is simply breathtaking. Whether you are sitting on the terrace with your morning coffee or watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening, the scenery is nothing short of stunning. Lefkada is a jewel of the Ionian, and Villa Fyki sits in one of its most privileged positions.

A piece of Paradise

The villa is very modern, clean with a beautiful infinity swimming pool overlooking the sea. We felt right at home. The property is also in a very good location close to Sivota Bay. Darija and Anna at Lefkada Rentals were very efficient and promptly replied to any of our questions during the booking process The owner was also very easy to contact during our stay. We most definitely recommend this villa to others. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer.

Amazing villa with The most beautiful infinity pool and view

Villa Fyki was absolutely amazing, even better than the photographs. The beds were so comfy, the showers fantastic. The infinity pool is the best we have ever had with the most stunning views out to sea. The owner Kostos was very welcoming and there was a fabulous huge bowl of fruit, wine and honey for us on arrival. Just perfect
