Our power went out and we were sent on a wild goose chase in order to find the breaker and fix it ourselves. Only after two hours were we able to have maintenance come and fix the issue. The stove was not working and there was only an induction plug in stove where half of the pans did not work. There was little to no hot water and I had to take freezing showers every night. Electronic key had pros and cons- was slightly difficult to use. On the positive side it was a great distance from the metro and train station. It was very clean and was a large space for the price. It had a washing machine with a drying line outside the window and dishwasher. It was good enough for our stay but I don’t know if I would stay again.

Great location! There are a few stairs to climb... but, otherwise, access is easy and communication with the host is good. The flat is sparsely furnished, but everything is clean, and the AC is great. A good value flat with easy access to Porta Venezia Metro, tram lines on Viale Tunisia, and Viale Piave, cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants. I would stay there again. Thank you!Ottima posizione! Ci sono alcune scale da fare... ma per il resto l'accesso è comodo e la comunicazione con l'host è ottima. L'appartamento è arredato in modo essenziale, ma è tutto pulito e l'aria condizionata funziona benissimo. Un buon alloggio, comodo per raggiungere la metro di Porta Venezia, le linee del tram su Viale Tunisia e Viale Piave, oltre a bar, supermercati e ristoranti. Ci tornerei volentieri. Grazie!

ALTBAU IM STUDENTENSTYLE

Die Wohnung erinnerte uns in ihrem Altbaustil mit Parkett and chabby-chic (nichfunktionierende Nachttischlampe, alte Küchenschränke) an Studentenzeiten. Charmante Unperfektheit (sparsam eingerichtete Küche mit nur einer Gabel und einer großen Tasse, nichtpassende Topfdeckel, kein Kochlöffel), nur 3 Holzstühle am Esstisch, sonst aber groß, zwei gemütliche Sofas, viel Stauraum, gute und saubere Betten und Wäsche sowie Toplage im Szeneviertel. Die Bildpräsentation im Netz verspricht mehr als die unprofessionell gemalten Wände dann hergeben. Ideal für einen Städtetripp zum Übernachten und Sich-Wohlfühlen, Küche noch ausbaufähig.
