PERFECT Westside Bend close to so much, yet away from the hubbub. Spacious furnished close-in corner-lot, RiverWest home. Quiet Norman-Rockwell-like neighborhood. Walk to many Galveston eateries like Victorian Cafe, The Lot, 10 Barrel, Mother's, El Sancho, Ariana's, Bosa, and Brother Jon's.
Also Flamingo Room, Volcanic Theater Pub, Good Life, Village Bakery, Still Vibrato, and Cassidy's are just a few blocks away on 14th. Safeway grocery just a short distance away.
Just a 15 minute walk to Old DownTown Bend. This 1900 sq ft home has a large fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, 50" TV, wrap-around porch with porch swing, fenced backyard with seating and chiminea, gas BBQ, 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. One bedroom has a dbl fouton. Central AC.
Pocket park 1/2 block away. Walk through that park, up the hill to an off-leash dog park, city view, and access to various trails. 2-car attached garage off the alley in back.

Dogs sometimes accepted with pre-approval (message me with pet info).

Generally I do not do monthly rent for July and August (exceptions can be made but it is expensive).

Four adults and a dog stayed here for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the bathrooms functional, the bedrooms comfortable, a cozy living room with fireplace, and a small, fenced-in yard. Walkable to restaurants and coffee. It has a large garage with a remote door opener. The reservation, check-in, and check-out processes were efficient.

Easy check in. Close to park, restaurants and downtown. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Relaxing out doors on the porch or chairs in the yard. Nice two car garage, television and plenty of room for the six of us. It was a hectic four days, but a nice place to come back to to relax.

Great house in West Bend!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO home in West Bend! The price was fantastic for the value — it felt like such a deal for the comfort and location. The house was just a short ride or drive to Phil’s Trailhead, which was perfect for our daily mountain biking adventures. We also loved how close we were to downtown Bend and the Old Mill District — there were tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries within minutes. The neighborhood itself was quiet and felt very safe, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring. The home was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The rental manager was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, making check-in and our entire experience smooth and stress-free. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Bend who wants convenience, affordability, and great access to the outdoors and city life!

What a dream home this is! It is even better than the pictures show. The yard make the home the best place to relax. We are a family of four and we were joined by a family of three. It was beyond ideal! We spent most of our time bbqing outside while the kids played soccer and games on the perfect lawn or swinging on the front porch and enjoying the quiet of the neighborhood. We greatly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful, comfortable house. It is close to the Old Mill, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. We especially liked the location of this rental; it was close to downtown Bend. We brought our bikes and there are bike paths and trails nearby. The Deschutes River was within a short distance. Perfect place for our needs!

Our group of 7 spent the Christmas holiday here & enjoyed every minute. The house is very well maintained with a good layout for a large group, a well equipped kitchen, generous LR/DR space + a pet-friendly fenced outdoor space. The Westside location offers easy access to all of Bend's diverse recreational opportunities, restaurants, breweries & markets. We would stay there again...!
