Beautiful place in a very scenic area of Siena

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The owners were really nice and try to be as accommodating as possible. We ran into a few issues that unfortunately overshadowed our enjoyment at the property. 1st we arrived late due to our flight coming in late and when we review the instructions that the owner had provided they were very confusing and unclear . We had to call and text her several times late at night to figure out how to find the appropriate apartment and location of the complex. the description read washer...we never found the washer. There was no Wi-Fi even though the description said it was. There was no air conditioning. There was no work and iron. We read in the reviews and heard from current guests that the owners cooked for guest on a regular basis. Yep the owners never offered this awesome opportunity to my family. The vrbo website stated that check out was at 11 however when we did check out the owner stated the check out was really at 10. There was much confusion and communication issues with this stay. As much as we wanted to enjoy it we just wish that information was shared more clearly and understandably. They were very nice people but processes need to be improved.

Dear Chassity i m very sorry to hear you had some problem. We are always here to help our guests, most of the others place the owners are not there they just give the key and they left ,. When the guests are very late we are always organize the key and i never had a problem with the others guests , they always find the key perhaps this was just your problem, i m also in contact by phone at night 24 hours , i think we are the only one do it this service. WIFI it working all around only inside the room the signal it is not strong but every where it is very strong the signal, all the guest never had problem We have air condition in others apartments, in this flat there is write that is without air condition but only fan.WE provide airon if the guests ask. We also provide a meal and we always let know the guests by email before they come like i done with you but you diden't saw and we always tell the guests when they arrival about, the service it working but the guest have to let us know if they want to have it. About the check we diden't ask you to go out before 10 am , we lived you free until 12 am,also if the check in was for 10 am and it is also write down . We are very present we love to enjoy our guests , i think you diden't understund this atmosphere .
