The Ground floor consists of a bedroom with two single beds or a double bed, flat screen TV; spacious lounge with open fire place, large flat screen TV; dining area with table and chairs; fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine and all necessary utensils; bathroom with WC, shower and hairdryer.
Stairs lead up to the first floor which consists of 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, with ensuit bathrooms and spacious balcony with panoramic views.

What a wonderful experience!!

Our family of four stayed in the Ether Villa for four nights. Everything was perfect, from conversations prior to arrival, to departure. Giwta was our point of contact, and was always available, by phone or email, if we had any questions. She gave us some suggestions for recreational activities while we were on Zakynthos. She arranged a boating trip for us, where we had our own boat for the day (no license required there). When I asked how to get to the boat launch, she said Don’t worry, I will have them come get you. It couldn’t have been easier. The villa and pool were exceptionally clean, the air conditioning worked great, and we even had a cleaning lady come every day to clean the entire house and pool area. Apparently the gentleman who built the villa still owns it, and you can see how important it is for him to keep it in such good repair. The views from the house were stunning - be sure to get up a couple of mornings to watch the sun rise. We travel quite a bit, and rarely have lodging be so nice and the staff so helpful. Friendly and inviting, this delightfully unspoilt village on the southeast coast is one of the oldest on Zakynthos and built on the lower slopes of Megalo Vouno. Lithakia slopes gently down the hillside to a pretty bay, where glittering sands snake lazily around the coastline. Dotted with colourful shops and a handful of bars and restaurants, it's the perfect place to relax or take a coastal stroll.

This delightfully unspoilt village is Zante's hidden gem. Encircled by beautiful olive groves, Lithakia is ablaze with greens and blues and offers visitors a tranquil holiday where you can really unwind on the sandy beach of Agios Sostis, which is part of the Gulf of Laganas. The resort has a friendly, relaxed ambience that entices people back year after year.
