The location of Smoker Holler Hideaway is incredible! It's in a quiet neighborhood in beautiful, peaceful Wears Valley, just 5 miles from Townsend Center and 10 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, red light #3, in close proximity to all the attractions the Smoky Mountains has to offer. A family favorite for it's location, easy access any time of year, with no steep roads, a large yard for family fun time, on dead end cul-de-sac that's great for kids to ride their bikes. Great place to unwind and relax after a busy day of exploring.

Smoker Holler Hideaway is a spacious, cozy, three bedroom, two bath cabin that comfortably sleeps 6 (total guests includes adults & children). You'll find it's the perfect home away from home for you and your family to make memories in the Smoky Mountains.

The open concept spacious main floor has a fully equipped large kitchen that overlooks the dining and family rooms, with a 4 seat breakfast bar, a 6 seat dining room table, and a high chair for the little one. The cozy family room has a large 50", Roku Streaming TV with DVD and a selection of movies, CD stereo, FREE High-Speed WIFI, and cozy blankets to snuggle up on the couch by the fireplace. There are 2 roomy bedrooms down the hall from the family room, with Roku Streaming TVs, cozy plush top queen beds, and a shared full bath with tub/shower combo. Laundry room is at the end of the hall between the two bedrooms with extra large washer and dryer and complimentary laundry products.

Upstairs features a loft game room with pub table, ping pong & foosball tables and a selection of board games & card games for family fun time. The private upstairs master suite has Roku Streaming TV, with cozy plush top King bed, large walk-in closet and a private, spacious in-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and double vanity.

Outside, enjoy the large yard, great for kids to play and for family fun time. Enjoy a game of horseshoes, hang out around the outdoor fire pit, or cook for the family on the charcoal grill. Or relax in the hot tub after a long day of hiking, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the mountain view and the peace and tranquility of nature while having your morning coffee or family meal on one of the two back porches or front porch.

Outdoor security camera is utilized at the front entrance of the cabin for the safety of our guests and security of the cabin.

In the summer, our guests enjoy free complimentary access to a beautiful seasonal community pool at Honeysuckle Meadows (open May to October) and the catch and release pond (no license required), which is located just off Wears Valley Rd and Happy Hollow Rd, less than a mile from the cabin. http://honeysucklemeadowsrvpark.com/about-us/pool-info

You’ll enjoy easy access to the cabin, no mountain roads, all paved, with a private upper and lower driveway with plenty of room for parking cars and bike trailers. There are several mom & pop restaurants and grocery stores close to the cabin so you don't have to go far when you have had a busy day.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set BOTH thermostats to either 60 (Heat in Winter) OR 80 (AC/ in Summer)
Turn Hot Tub temp back to 80, turn off waterfall, turn off hot tub lights, cover & strap. (Hot tub jets will continue to run to cycle the water on a regular basis, this is normal)
If you find anything broken or not working, please inform Jerry & Beth
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renter agrees to everything listed in the rental rules agreement by accepting their quote and making a payment. Please treat our home like your own.
NO pets allowed. Cabin is strictly animal-free to protect health needs of our guests with sever pet allergies and other circumstances related to pets.
Max Occupancy of 6 includes all children over the age of 3. Ask owner if extra guest allowed before booking. If approved, extra fee may be applied

We have been to the smokies many times. This was one of the better cabins we have ever had. It was super clean and comfortable and the owners were super communicative and helpful. 10/10 Will stay here again.

Perfect for every need

We picked this cabin specifically because of the big open yard! We have young children and wanted a safe space for them to run and play in! The hosts also had so many complimentary items from toiletries to whatever you might need in the kitchen. Having small children we appreciated all the small touches like kids books, toys, and infant seating! Those smaller things really made our stay incredible. We definitely plan to stay again!

Beth and Jerry have a wonderful property. My family really enjoyed our stay. The information provided by Beth and Jerry was incredibly helpful- we utilized it with planning different activities, hikes, and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this cabin. We went to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Townsend. It was a great location.

Beautiful stay in the Smokies!!

My family had a wonderful trip to the Smokies with beautiful weather, gorgeous views, and a comfortable cabin. Beth and Jerry have truly made a beautiful cabin and welcoming home away from home. Everything is well maintained, clean, and well stocked. Hands down the best VRBO I have stayed in, and we will definitely be returning on our next trip!

Perfect stay while in the Smokies.

This home was simply perfect! Clean, well equipped, with so much attention to detail. The location is ideal for our family and well placed between the crazy fun of Pigeon Forge, the quiet of mountain hikes, and all the history of the park. We would 100% stay here again. Wonderful cabin

The cabin was wonderful. The Hunts were very nice and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The coffee, creamer and sugar were so appreciated!! The cabin was very convenient, clean and well appointed. The Smoky Mountain Park access is very close to the cabin. All of the tourist attractions are located nearby. We enjoyed ourselves very much and will definitely book again when we return.

80th Birthday in the Smokies

The property was very clean, well maintained and had excellent decor. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, cookware and spices/cooking essentials. Nice extra amenities were provided in the bathrooms and laundry areas. The back outdoor deck and yard area were lovely. I would highly recommend this property and we would certainly stay again. Thanks to the hosts for providing such a wonderful vacation environment.

We had a great 4 night stay. The cabin was very clean! It was a little chilly during our stay so we didnt get to enjoy the community pool but the large yard and hot tub were enjoyed. The added baby gate and high chair was very useful for my toddler. We would return again.

Wonderful home in Wears Valley. One of the nicest VRBOs we have ever rented, most certainly the cleanest we have ever rented in the Smokies. Exceptional attention to details, spotless. Absolutely Fabulous!

The owners could not have been more hospitable or attentive. They checked us in personally, and checked on us frequently. Super easy to work with. The cabin was immaculate, and was by far the best of many we have stayed in over the years. Everything was very clean, modern and well cared for. We booked it again for next year before this stay was even complete. Do not hesitate to book a stay here!

Great Gateway

This is the perfect location and perfect space to get to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountains. Easy access to Pigeon Forge for shopping and dining and easy access to the park for hiking. We have stayed at one of Jerry and Beth’s cabins twice now and have already booked our third stay with them. The cabin has everything you need to relax. Kids loved the ping pong table, horseshoes, and fire pit. If you want to be in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area without the heavy traffic day in and day our, this location is perfect.

Outstanding is the only way to describe it!

There is no other way to describe this property other than outstanding! The pictures truly don't do it justice. The owners take pride in their rentals & it really shows from the cute welcome basket filled with goodies, to the sweet Birthday cake because we mentioned we were celebrating a Birthday, & even the cute bow on the toilet paper roll. It doesn't feel like a rental cabin at all-it really feels like you're visiting a family members home. They have you taken care of down to the tinniest of details. The neighborhood itself is very peaceful & the back yard brings in the wildlife. We enjoyed turkeys one morning & later that night a black bear strolling through the yard while we enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you, Jerry & Beth, for the generous hospitality! We can't wait to stay at one of your 3 cabins in the near future.
