Villa Clementine is a charming holiday home in the prestigious Blue Water Bay Village, a peaceful enclave in the Kapparis suburb of Protaras. With views of the sea, all-day sunshine, and just a 5-minute walk from sandy local beaches, this villa is perfectly suited for families seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.



The outdoor area offers plenty of privacy, surrounded by a mature garden. A wooden pergola provides shade over the comfortable seating area, making it ideal for outdoor dining or simply relaxing by the private swimming pool. Guests can enjoy a BBQ, and the property includes gated off-road parking for added convenience.



Spread across two levels, the villa’s ground floor is open-plan, with a spacious living area featuring two cosy sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and access to over 1,000 international channels via Satellite TV. The well-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities for preparing family meals, while a spacious WC on this floor adds extra convenience.



Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and toilet. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ample wardrobe space, blackout blinds, air conditioning, and access to a private veranda. The second bedroom, with two single beds, also includes all the essentials for a restful stay.



The Kapparis area is rich with amenities, including a variety of restaurants, fruit markets, supermarkets, and water sports, ensuring guests have plenty to explore nearby. Please note that Villa Clementine does not accept groups under the age of 25.

Fabulous Villa

Villa Clementine was perfect for us. We loved staying here! They have thought of everything to make it a real home from home experience. So many nice little touches included! It was a lovely surprise to find a welcome food pack, thank you! We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the well kept private gardens. The pergola area was a perfect spot for a leisurely lunch and the comfy sofa area was great for evening drinks. The sunbeds had really nice padded cushions too! Everything was clean and well maintained. Special thanks to Martha and all at La Mer for a faultless experience. We will always use La Mer for all our future bookings, thanks so much!

Great location

Just 5 minutes from the beach it is in a great location but this villa is not as well equipped as others I have stayed in. If i could suggest any improvements it would definitely be to include things like a washing-up sponge/brush, more storage and a full-length mirror. The villa needs some updating but everything is functional and the outside space is really lovely. Otherwise, the villa has everything you need, it's quiet and nearby shops and restaurants, which is always great. No car needed. Thank you. I would stay here again.

Close to everything

Nice villa in A great location except no street lights in street working at all but that’s hardly the owners fault, but overall we felt it needs some updating. Bathrooms especially, kitchen sink unit has some very obvious water damage. All the sofas both inside and out were stained. Walls were very scuffed but I understand it’s at the end of probably a busy season! We had a 2 week stay and no bed linen or towel Change. Apart from washing up liquid, no cleaning products available for floors, kitchen area or bathroom which I really think should bf there for 2 week stay, I don’t mind doing my own cleaning but think products should br supplied. No spare batteries or lightbulbs for remote lights etc. Pool area is nice but having the ladders in and out of the pool at the deep end was a problem for a non swimmer and a not so confident swimmer. We were allowed a late checkout though which was very helpful, and a couple of minor problems we had were addressed very quickly and efficiently. Would I stay here again? If it was updated and spruced up a little, yes I would.

до красивейшего дикого пляжа 5 мин пешком через поле, до обустроенных пляжей - 7-10 минут пешком, вилла располагается в тихом тупичке, до супермаркета 7 минут пешком, до ресторанов так же. народа никого! но это в конце октября нет уборки во время отпуска, мебель слегка требует ренновации не минус, просто факт: наверное обязательна машина
