A 30A Getaway is a second-floor condominium with a large private balcony. Walk a few steps to the heated pool and whirlpool spa. It’s only a short walk on a Gulf Place private boardwalks to the sugar white sand beach.
The condo is accessible by stairs or elevator.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, and private bath with tile shower. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the second bathroom. Bunks in the hallway provide single beds for children.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, dish washer, and refrigerator with ice maker.
Guests have complimentary use of three pools (seasonally heated), two whirlpool spas, tennis courts, pickle ball court, nature trails, tree-shaded picnic area, shuffleboard, charcoal grill, and the grassy amphitheater where kids can play.
Within Gulf Place Town Center there are several restaurants, banking, breakfast and snack bar, pizza, beach equipment rental, and shops.
Several of the best restaurants on 30A are within walking distance.
The paved 30A bicycle path passes in front of Caribbean providing miles of easy pedaling to many restaurants, shops and other destinations on the beaches of South Walton County along CR 30A.

We have stayed in gulf place for 9 years now. This was our favorite rental we have stayed at. Very clean and updated. We have three kids and we all had plenty of room.

Great beach location

Everything was comfortable & very clean. We weren’t on the main highway so traffic wasn’t a concern. Beach access was just a short walk across the street. Pools were clean & well maintained. Due to beach front new builds there isn’t an ocean view. Great place to stay. I will definitely stay again.

Love this place!

This is our second time staying at this condo and probably the eighth time at gulf place. The complex offers all kinds of food and activities. It's a short walk to the beach. And this condo in particular is comfortable, clean and well equipped. Will definitely be back.

Spacious and clean condo

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was spacious and clean. Communication with owner was very easy, and he was very responsive. We loved the second floor because we could take the stairs easily. We love this area because we can leave our car parked and walk/bike to restaurants and beach.

Perfect Condo

This condo was perfect for our family and friends. The king bed/master bed and bath were a great size. The guest room and bath were great. Beds were comfortable. The bunk beds were great for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice having the keurig. I loved the large balcony and having the washer and dryer in the condo. And the owner was very courteous.

Family Fun

We had such a great time in this well-appointed, clean, conveniently located unit. Our family of 4 (including two young children) had plenty of space and loved having laundry in the unit, and appreciated the special touches such as having rain ponchos waiting for us for the one day it down poured. Allen was great at communicating.

Nice condo & great location

The condo was very clean & the beds & bedding very cozy! Location was close to beach & restaurant - no wi-fi for 1st day and half was a bummer, but Allen stayed in communication & resolved the issue. We wish there had been a few more dishwasher tabs, as they only left 2! And only 3 trash bags for a week was not enough- I bought a box of trash bags and left it for the next few groups. Overall great beach & location.
