A 30A Getaway is a second-floor condominium with a large private balcony. Walk a few steps to the heated pool and whirlpool spa. It’s only a short walk on a Gulf Place private boardwalks to the sugar white sand beach.
The condo is accessible by stairs or elevator.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, and private bath with tile shower. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the second bathroom. Bunks in the hallway provide single beds for children.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, dish washer, and refrigerator with ice maker.
Guests have complimentary use of three pools (seasonally heated), two whirlpool spas, tennis courts, pickle ball court, nature trails, tree-shaded picnic area, shuffleboard, charcoal grill, and the grassy amphitheater where kids can play.
Within Gulf Place Town Center there are several restaurants, banking, breakfast and snack bar, pizza, beach equipment rental, and shops.
Several of the best restaurants on 30A are within walking distance.
The paved 30A bicycle path passes in front of Caribbean providing miles of easy pedaling to many restaurants, shops and other destinations on the beaches of South Walton County along CR 30A.

Relaxing Holiday weekend at Gulf Place

First off, our host Allen was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive, easy to work with, and provided helpful information regarding Gulf Place and local restaurants, amentities, etc. in the Santa Rosa Beach area.Gulf Place AMAZING. Pool just steps away from our condo, shopping, and restaurants all at the complex so you really could stay here all weekend. Florida's beautiful white beaches were an easy 5-minute walk from our condo. Publix nearby to grab groceries and Heirloom donuts is a must if you are staying at this location.Could not recommend this host/condo enough. We will definitely be back to stay!!

Great beach location

Everything was comfortable & very clean. We weren’t on the main highway so traffic wasn’t a concern. Beach access was just a short walk across the street. Pools were clean & well maintained. Due to beach front new builds there isn’t an ocean view. Great place to stay. I will definitely stay again.
