Haven of peace and rest between Annecy and Aix-les-Bains

We offer you our beautiful house of character (200m2), with large rooms to live, tranquility guaranteed (first neighbor 300 meters), calm and silence.
It is an old house that stays cool during the day, even in hot weather, if you take care to open the night and close during the day.
If you are tall, you will appreciate the large volumes, the high doors (225cm) and a large 215x180cm bed. In the living room, a piano Erhard granted will make the pleasure of the musicians.
Comfortable, shops 5 minutes by car, large natural swimming pool (bio), traditional Finnish sauna, fenced (wire) with stream, possibility to come with your horses (10 acres of shaded / maintained parks, paddock) , many itineraries on horseback / pedestrian / mountain bike.
Kitchen completely redone with direct access to the south facing terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, including 2 ovens: a conventional oven and a steam oven, the opportunity to exercise your culinary skills on vacation.
3 double beds (one king size 180x215) and 6 single beds.
Lake Bourget (20 minutes), Lake Annecy (30 minutes), ski resorts 30 minutes: the Féclaz / Revard (cross-country skiing / track), the Semnoz (cross-country skiing / track).
It is a green setting, but still close to services and shops, less than 4 km, accessible in 4 minutes by car.
An important point: the configuration of the premises is not adapted / secure for very young children (<5 years old).

Natural swimming pool of 20mx10m (temperature in summer between 22 and 28 °), Finnish sauna with the fire of wood.
Rental for 5 nights minimum.
Lake Bourget and Lake Annecy are a 20-minute drive away. TGV station in Aix-les-Bains. Geneva airport and Lyon about 1 hour.
