With an easily accessible location and a great connection with the AP-4 motorway (2 minutes away) and with the N-IV national road (10 minutes away), it allows comfortable transfers to meet:
-A 1.5 km from Los Palacios y Villafranca, a young and alive town of 38,000 inhabitants, which enjoys all the services and renowned restaurants for its gastronomic offer within the Rice Route.
-15 minutes from Utrera.
-25 minutes from the center of Seville.
-45 minutes from the cento de Jerez.
-A 60 minutes from the center of Cádiz.
