Breathtaking Views, Great Surf - The Perfect Mexican Getaway!

Enjoy the most picturesque and relaxing vacation in this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Las Gaviotas. Each room sleeps 2 people; the downstairs bedroom has its own bathroom/shower, while the upstairs bathroom/shower is communal. There is also a casita behind the house, which sleeps 2 and has its own full bath. The property is ideal for couples, friends and families.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, blender, a crockpot, pots and pans, plates, bowls, utensils and cups. If you prefer cooking outdoors, the house has a great barbecue located in the cute, grassy backyard.

When it’s time to relax, you can nap on a lounge chair on either of the two balconies or watch your favorite movie inside on the big screen T.V.

Las Gaviotas is the nicest resort community in Mexico from the border to Ensenada. It’s gated, with 6 guards providing 24 hour security, and it’s located 5 minutes north of Puerto Nuevo, the world-famous lobster village. During your stay, enjoy all the amenities that Las Gaviotas has to offer, including: beach access, great surf for all levels, a large swimming pool, a jacuzzi, shuffleboard, a tennis court and a fresh fish stand (available on weekends).

Great Little Place

We enjoyed our stay. It was a unique layout but it worked for our 2 families. Short walk to the beach and great ocean view. The house was well stocked and the people we rented from we easy to communicate with.

Wonderful & cozy space for families

This is my second time staying at the property and it is a wonderful space for our family. There are technically 3 separate live/sleep areas (downstairs sleeping quarters, main house + casita) and makes it easy for some family members to have space when they need it. There are some board games, beach supplies and other items and kitchen is well equipped for dining in. Las Gaviotas is always a joy to visit.

Loved this property. Joy was very responsive and helpful. The house was adorable and well-maintained. The property felt very safe and manicured. We loved using the hot tub, and the beach was right there. We would book this house again on another trip to Rosarito!

Beautiful Stay in Gaviotas!

We enjoyed our stay in Gaviotas and already wanting to plan a trip back! Joy promptly answered all of our questions and made our trip logistics easy and flawless. The house is super close to the water and has plenty of space for 4 couples. The house was clean and well equipped—we appreciated the space heaters and extra blankets. We can’t wait to come back!

Large house, great for multiple families!

Loved the early check in at noon! The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The only bummer is that the property does not allow children in the jacuzzi and the pool is a little chilly, but the private beach makes up for it.

This home had a great view of the surf. I really enjoyed the 3 decks to lounge on. You could move when it got sunny. Overall the vibe of the home was peaceful and comfortable. The home had typically colorful Baja decorations and tile. We will definitely consider this home again
