New and spacious Charming apartment with swimming pool, bright, finely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The renovation was completed at the end of June 2019 following the most innovative technologies for the respect of the environment, the safety of guests and energy saving. The apartment is on the first floor of a single villa, has a large terrace overlooking the lake. Common areas: swimming pool, garden and sitting area at the entrance. Reserved parking and continuous assistance of the hosts, who live just a few meters from the apartment.
