Overall the property was great, and much preferred staying in Ucluelet over Tofino … much more relaxed and quaint. The unit was well appointed and comfortable, and the in suite laundry was handy.

Hi Ron, thank you for your feedback. When these items were brought to my attention I offered to bring them to you and you said they weren‘t needed. We also provide coffee, and supplied you more when you requested some. For the bathroom supplies we do supply basic bathroom items, including a bar of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Your wife let me know shower gel should be offered, but this is not something I provide so apologies that impacted your stay. If there are specific items that you prefer when staying away from home I would suggest you pack them.

The Bright Forest Suite was very homey and comfortable with all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay in Ucluelet. It was quiet, clean and private. Thanks Carrie and Marcel for the lovely stay. We will definitely tell others about your place and look you up the next time we are coming back.

Our stay in Ucluelet was very good. The accommodation was clean, very suitable for the two of us. It was very convenient for the shops that were within walking distance and the dock where we were fishing from.Overall we both had a great time.

Fabulous

We had a wonderful stay here! It is a lot more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Everything was so organized and well laid out. It's a fabulous location, walking distance to everything. I highly recommend staying there!

Stayed this place with two kids but felt uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Kitchen was very compact with limited stuff... Can't even cook pasta properly for young kids. Body soap, shampoo was missing in bathroom. Choose this option only if you do not find anything at all...

I'm confused by your review as it does not describe my unit. Have you stayed in a few places recently and mixed up your reviews?? As you can tell by all the other reviews my unit has, yours does not fit. My unit is maintained very well and comes fully stocked and is not compact. I have full sets of pots, pans, cooking utensils, strainer, bowls, etc. I'm not sure how you had trouble making pasta, but it certainly wasn't from lack of supplies. I supply a hotel size soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. If perhaps the cleaners missed putting some out, which I have never seen happen, you could have messaged me and I would have let you know there is more in the closet. You did not mention any issues to me at all during your stay. I'm sorry you did not like the space, but leaving a completely untrue review is not appreciated.
