Was a beautiful property and great location. Was closer than I thought it would be to the village which was a plus! Able to walk to everything in the village. Hot tub was great loved that it was off the bedroom and private! Would love to stay again if we come back!
We loved staying at this property for our holiday trip to Whistler! It was perfect for just me and my husband. The location was within walking distance of the mountain and the private hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. Parking was easy & covered (note there is a heigh limit, so check the limit if you have a thule or tall vehicle). The host was very fast to respond to our questions throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Happy to hear you enjoyed the property. We have our hot tub serviced between all stays and I had our Hot Tub service company send me photos from the day of check-in and day of check-out to review this guests complaint. The water was clear on this guests check-in but on check-out, 3 days later, the water was cloudy and we needed to change out the water again. This is unusual but can happen when guests don't rinse off prior to using the hot tub to get rid of lotions, sunscreen etc. (which is in our house rules). If at any time during your stay the water needs attention please contact us and we will have it addressed immediately by our professional hot tub service company.
Easy instructions, quick replies/answers, cozy with a great location. The undercover private hot tub definitely is the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend.
Colleen was great to work with. The property and decor are elegant, and the hot tub patio is an absolute oasis. The location is across the street from The Market and the Village Stroll. It could not be more convenient. We will be back, thank you for the stay!
The condo was cozy and perfect to stay in and enjoy some wine, read and hot tub. Perfect location to walk the ski village and grab dinner, shop and enjoy the surroundings. Can’t beat the location, the bed was comfy and it had all the amenities you need. The host was helpful and responsive, all around great experience.
The property was so nicely set up - everything top line and the most comfortable bed ever!! Loved the hot tub. Huge, hot, and in the cutest enclosed deck. Only thing that could have made it better was a few more days!
Modern and comfortable, the town house was well stocked and provided us with a great base to wind down after a busy day in Whistler.

It was everything we hoped for and more. Given that it is mid-pandemic I was happy to walk into the beautiful aroma of a clean suite and was extremely appreciative for the well stocked kitchen, including sharp knives, plenty of glassware and tons of extras like tin foil, olive oil, ziplocks, all the things that I had forgotten to pack and desperately needed as we planned to eat in each day. Thank you! The hot tub was the icing on the cake, extremely private and a beautiful winter wonderland view.
This was such a great property to stay at! Perfect Whistler location, seamless check in process and the coziest one bedroom condo. The hot tub off the master was absolutely perfect! The bed was comfy and the fireplace in the living room kept the place cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
This is a great spot to stay. It is cozy and private and well-appointed. It is close to the Village shopping area so there was no need to take our car out for anything. We would definitely stay here again! We loved using the hot tub every night and the deck off the living room was felt quite private because of the trees.
Great location with all the amenities we could ask for. Check-in was incredibly easy and even got in earlier so we weren’t fighting Vancouver traffic or the weather. Couch folds out for two more but is ideal for a couple. Will stay here again!
Great little comfortable condo unit with a private jacuzzi upstairs. That was so comfortable after coming back from snowboarding all day. Great kitchen space to make some food of your choice. I would definitely stay here again.
We were lucky to be able to check-in early, and Colleen responded to our request very quickly! The condo itself is perfectly appointed--everything you could need is available, in a clean and stylish setting. We didn't do any cooking, but did check and see TONS of utensils and kitchenware, as well as some basic cooking items (olive oil, salt & pepper, etc.).
The best part for us was the secluded/private hot tub--we used it at least twice a day, and the view of the mountain from that deck I'm sure is the best in the complex! The location was great for our needs--literally across the street from The marketplace, and walking right into the Village Stroll. For those that care, there is a liquor store, pharmacy, small grocery store, and Starbucks within a two minute walk from your front door!!! Totally quiet at night, too.
I would absolutely stay here again, and we have already recommended it to family :)
Had a great stay with my sisters! The place was very clean and bright, the private hot tub was awesome and also kept very clean. We were accommodated to check out at 11am which was a nice bonus:) Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo, great location
We loved our stay here. The condo is just across the street (3 minute walk) from the Marketplace complex of shops, and being across the street means it is a lot quieter – and as an upstairs unit it is quieter still. The shuttle bus to the lifts is a 2 minute walk, but as this was the week between Christmas and New Years, the buses were too crowded so we walked to the lifts – 10 minutes in shoes, 15 in ski boots. Overall, a great location, we parked the car when we arrived and didn’t get back in the car until time to go a few days later. Everything is an easy walk. The condo itself is very well appointed. The king size bed upstairs is more comfortable than the one at home, and the private hot tub (looks brand new) is just outside on the upper deck. Our boys were not going to share the pullout queen sofa, so one slept there and the other on the couch cushions – we knew this beforehand and brought a sleeping bag. The kitchen is fully equipped, big fridge, full range, new pots and pans. We streamed Netflix on the big TV and had a great time. One tip: the parking garage ceiling was too low for our SUV with a Thule cargo box, so we had to take the box off before going in. We were very happy with this place, and look forward to staying there again.

Did not meet our expectations
First the good:
1 - We have stayed at hotels on the stroll in the past and found them very loud late into the night. This property is very close to the upper village and everything was within walking distance, but we never had any issues with noise.
2- The king size bed was very comfortable. We slept well over our visit. Nothing can ruin a great hotel like a bad worn out mattress, but this property has a good bed.
3 - BBQ and hot tub. These are two big selling points for the property.
Now the bad:
1 - The BBQ. Our first night at the property we were tired from a long trip. We decided to make use of the BBQ and eat-in. I walked across the street to IGA and bought a steak. Back at the property I tryed to light the BBQ. No luck, it is completely out of propane with no spare tank. I called the owner, she's in Greece and not taking calls. I call the emergency contact. Shes in Vancouver and can't help either. Her instructions are take the bottle to the gas station, get a new one and the owner will probably work out some refund for me. Fine. It's not hard to do that. But here's the problem. I'm on vacation, I don't feel like running errands on behalf of the property manager at 8pm. I want to cook a steak on the BBQ that I'm paying for, and I can't because no one checked the fuel.
2 - Hot tub. I have been in many, many hot tubs, private and public. I have never been in a hot tub that was so filthy in my life. There was so much debris, and literal chunks of floating skin in the hot tub that neither my wife or I could use it a second time. Was it clean? Chemically, I'm sure it was, but the water was nasty and needs attention. Anyone that is sober and uses the hot tub during daylight hours would be repulsed.
3 - The bathroom is in need of repairs. The floor tiles are broken and it's very dated overall. Worse, it was not cleaned well. The tub was littered with hair. That spot on the toilet between the tank and the seat, that area were nasty stuff collects? Not cleaned. The entire bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance.
4 - The Cookware provided is a joke. I would not even use the pans provided for camping. They needed to be thrown out 10 yrs ago.
Overall, for the $ we expected more. Basic maintenance and good cleaning would have solved most of our issues. Hopefully for future visiters sake the owners will address these issues, in particular the hot tub. If so the property would be a good value, we just wish it had been like that for our visit.

Unfortunately the propane had run out during this guests stay and we weren't able to remedy the situation as fast as we would have liked. The propane has since been refilled and our deck is a beautiful place to enjoy a home cooked meal. Any future guests will also enjoy a brand NEW Hot Tub which is being installed the first week of August 2018. New frying pans and cookware have also been added and the kitchen is fully stocked with a wide range of cookware.
We also use a professional cleaning service and hot tub maintenance company and have shared this guest's comments with them to ensure the highest standards are always met. If there are ever any issues we have someone on site within usually an hour to remedy any concerns.

Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in this amazing Whistler getaway!
The townhouse was clean, comfortable and spacious. The two decks were great to hang out at while barbecuing and having a glass of wine. The beds were also super comfortable (and yes that includes the sofa bed). The privacy hot tub was great; hot and bubbling when I got to the townhouse. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cutlery and cook wear. I would highly recommend Colleen’s Whistler getaway for couples, friends or a family holiday! Colleen was a pleasure to communicate with and was readily available for any questions. She also left a welcome gift in the kitchen that I found on arrival to the townhouse...so sweet!!!

Great Location - Great place to stay
This is a great place to stay. We parked our car in the private underground parking when we arrived and did not move it until we checked out. Grocery, restaurants, shops, all in walking distance. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Private hot tub (that works), nice living space. Colleen was a very responsive host. We will stay there again when we come back.
