REST AND REFRESH
Enjoy beautiful mountain and valley views from every room of this private treehouse located minutes from the entrance to Pisgah National Forest, DuPont State Forest, Brevard, and Hendersonville. Hiking and biking, as well as kayaking and canoeing opportunities abound. After a day of hiking in the forest(s), trout fishing or tubing on the Davidson River, tooling around downtown Brevard or downtown Hendersonville, come home to relax in your own private retreat. Winter stays will allow you to enjoy the cozy wood-burning stove (with all supplies onsite and ready for you), while Spring and Summer offer opportunity to open the windows and listen to the sounds of nature and enjoy the refreshing, cool mountain breezes. In the Fall, you'll be nestled among the vibrant color of the changing leaves. Regardless of the time of year, you'll want to be sure to catch the sunset over the mountains!

PRIMARY BEDROOM
Expansive views of the surrounding mountains and valleys
Black out shades allow you to sleep in on the luxurious queen-sized bed with cozy linens
Private porch for enjoying breakfast in your pjs, or solitude among nature.
Take a brisk morning walk along the mountain on the gravel road.

SECOND BEDROOM/OFFICE
The second bedroom is perfect for kids, if you decide to bring them with you. A relaxing lounging futon gives opportunity for reading, playing games, or bird-watching, or extends to a full-sized bed for sleeping. A desk also allows for the quick check of emails or time spent writing about the adventures of your stay.
o The second bedroom is nestled between the master bedroom and the main living area, with a pocket door on either side to allow for privacy, though Mom and Dad will have to walk through the 2nd bedroom to return to the main living area of the house.

Amazing treehouse! The view is beautiful specially during golden hour. Feels so peaceful! My wife and I had a great time coming back after 6 years later. Created new memories with our little one this time. Still an amazing place to stay.

The house was clean and lovely. It was actually more spacious than it appeared in pictures. The view from the main rooms and the porch was stunning, and we loved sitting on the porch watching the sunset each evening. The towels and linens were provided were high quality, and there were plenty of extras (always important). Sandy was very helpful and communicative. We loved it!

Perfect mountain getaway

We had a great stay at this rental! The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the view. Very quiet and peaceful. Also close to town or to hikes. We would stay here again!

Had a lovely stay! Convenient location to so many places and activities, but still has a remote, off-the-beaten path spot on the side of a mountain. The view from the porch and the gorgeous wide windows was so nice! Would definitely stay here again. One thing to note especially for hot summer months: there is an AC unit in the living room but not in the others, while other rooms have fans.

Wonderful mountain views. Very clean and well maintained. Sandy answered my one question the same day it was posted. Good location to enjoy hikes shopping and live theater at Flat Rock Playhouse. Good food choices nearby.

Cozy cabin with beautiful views

The property was great, better than I expected. It is truly the cutest treehouse cabin. The space was perfect for a family of four and the location was great for exploring Dupont Forest, Brevard/Pisgah Forest, and Hendersonville. It is within a 15 minute drive for groceries, food, etc. The views of farmland and mountains, just can't be beat.

This property was very, very clean. The owner gave very good directions on how to enter and leave the property, and it was a great experience. Not to mention, I LOVED the wood stove! The crackling and popping of wood is the most relaxing sound on planet Earth.

Beautiful Home

This place was magical and the owns took care of so much! They had even the little things that i had brought like condiments and basic seasonings. They even had a crock pot so we made some chili one day for after hiking. She gave great info and directions. I will say that if you come, try to get there during the day for the first time because at night that road was scary but after going up and down a few days it was good.

Just what we needed

Our week at "The Treehouse" was fantastic! The house was private, quiet and tranquil. It was the perfect place to recharge our batteries and spend some quality time together. After exploring the beauty of the area during the day, we would return to the Treehouse for a peaceful evening enjoying wine from the nearby Biltmore Estate on the deck while taking in the sunset. John and Sandy were friendly and helpful. The house is well stocked with things you may need and beyond. Plus, they left us some books / fliers to help plan our daily adventures that were super helpful. While it may seem the house is out of the way, it is actually really well centered between all of the wonderful things to do in the area. I would highly recommend this property, and we would absolutley stay there again.

The cabin was just as presented on the website. It was a lovely quiet cabin nestled in the tree tops with amazing views. Everything was immaculate. Cozy layout with windows surrounding the master bedroom, lovely to wake up too every morning. It was the perfect place to unwind and have coffee overlooking the trees and the valley below.We wish we could have stayed longer!It’s centrally located and easy to get to the hiking trails and restaurants in Brevard and nearby.

We purchased this property because it enables us to slip away from the busyness of our daily lives without having to travel very far. We live in the neighboring county and treasure quiet moments to relax and unplug in this house, as well as visit the Brevard area restaurants and hiking/biking trails.
