About this property

Holiday home with sauna within walking distance of the beach and close to Amsterdam

Our small luxury home with a wonderful sauna, two minutes' walk to the beach, fastest internet you can get in the Netherlands, 2 wonderful lounge sets in the garden with extra outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Restaurants and bike rental around the corner. Parking free

The space
Two (three) person summer house with sauna in the heart of Wijk aan Zee, a short walk from the beach. The holiday home consists of a kitchen in the living room with a microwave, fridge with freezer and a washer dryer and a luxury Nespresso coffee machine. If you prefer to drink filter coffee, this is also present.

The house has a separate bedroom with 2 beds of which you can make 1 large bed or separately and a very luxurious sauna that you can control yourself electronically from outside. Pouring different scents onto the hot stones gives the sauna an extra dimension. The Grohe shower and the sauna are in the bedroom.

In the living room there is a coffee table with 2 chairs and a comfortable sofa with a table. Here you can enjoy a wide-screen TV, the extensive channel package plus satellite TV with Astra and Hotbird reception. You can download apps, play games and use the internet on television. Netflix is already activated for you.

The house is equipped with the fastest broadband internet both wired and via WiFi that one can get in the Netherlands.

The sauna costs 1 euro per kilowatt hour.

Smoking is not allowed.

Outside you have a garden seat for those balmy summer evenings.

A charcoal BBQ is ready for you.

Every week the house is extensively cleaned and you get fresh bed linen and towels.

Kitchen towels and sauna towels are provided.

The property can be booked from Saturday to Saturday in high season.

Parking is free and close by.

Beverwijk has the largest black market in Europe and is 6 km away and can be easily reached by bus.

Amsterdam can be reached by boat in 30 minutes. If you prefer to go by car, it is 30 km.

Access for guests
Outside you have two wonderful lounge sets separately from each other in a communal garden. Of course there is a Weber BBQ ready for those balmy summer evenings. We are the only one in Wijk aan Zee with an extra outdoor shower in the garden with both hot and cold running water. You have good WiFi coverage everywhere. We have the fastest internet you can get in the Netherlands. There are no costs attached to this.

Other things to look out for
Parking is free in Wijk aan Zee. There is always room and very close to the village meadow.
