Very spacious recent house, located about 600 m from the beach of Grands Sables and the coastal path. Enclosed garden with terrace. Ground floor: entrance with cupboard, living room, open kitchen (fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave), pantry, bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200) with en suite shower room, WC. 1st floor: bedroom 2 (1 double bed) with balcony, bedroom 3 (1 bed 2 pers), bedroom 4 (2 single beds), bathroom with WC, mezzanine.
