BOOKING RULES: These booking rules are required even though this site may allow you to book otherwise
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Sunday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS
NO CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY

(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)

Base rate is for up to 8 guests, max is 12 guests (any guests over base rate will pay guest fees during peak season - please see rental agreement for more information). Best suited for 6 adults and 6 kids.

*Our pools are in operation from May 1st-October 1st. They are heated from 2nd Friday of May through October 1st.

All available for the exclusive use of our guests at no additional charge!!!

We also have a private resort dock with Luxury Pontoon boat rentals, fishing poles, a swim deck and water bouncer. Boat slips (with power for you fishermen to plug in your batteries) are also available for our guests to rent.

The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood walls with a floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace (electric), complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake.

Upstairs are 2 king suites with full luxury baths. One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a fantastic view of the lake. Between the two masters, is a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. And for the little ones that want to be close to Mom and Dad, there is a futon with a TV in the loft area right outside the Master suites.

One guest bedroom on the main level has a queen bed. The other has a full over queen bunk bed. These guestrooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. There is also a half bath in the hall.

Right off the main living area is a large patio where the lake view is amazing! Make smores right on your patio in the wood burning, stone fireplace. We'll even supply the roasting sticks! This will be a first-class adventure for a vacation that will bring you and your family memories to cherish for a lifetime!

*No smoking, vaping, pets or parties permitted at this property. Guests shall not have parties or events at the homes which include but are not limited to bachelor and bachelorette parties, fraternity parties and weddings.
