This spacious villa near Sant’Ippolito sleeps up to 11 guests across four bedrooms and combines rolling countryside views with wellness comforts that make it just as tempting to stay in as it is to head out exploring.

Most mornings begin beside the heated swimming pool before the day drifts toward local markets, scenic drives, or quieter hours in the sauna and outdoor hydromassage tubs once the afternoon heat settles across the valley. The garden stretches across more than 1000 square metres, giving families and groups plenty of space to spread out between terrace lunches, hammocks, and table tennis games.

Marmitte dei Giganti can be reached within roughly 12 minutes and is especially popular for river walks, kayaking, and dramatic canyon scenery carved by the Metauro River. Mondavio lies around 18 minutes away and is known for the Rocca Roveresca fortress overlooking one of the region’s best-preserved medieval towns, while Furlo Pass can be reached within approximately 20 minutes for hiking trails and panoramic drives through the limestone gorge. Guests looking for cultural day trips often visit Fossombrone roughly 12 minutes away for Roman ruins, cafés, and old stone alleyways winding through the historic centre.
