Graceful Southern Living Inside and Out

Come enjoy the magic of this post-antebellum property which has been tastefully upgraded to reflect present day luxury and style. This beautifully renovated guest house is in a historic tree-lined Orange Park neighborhood. It offers an open concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen, top grain leather sofas, glowing ambiance from the fireplace console, and a larger than life 65" HDTV with surround sound. The kitchen has a granite bar top with 4 bar stools. There is a separate dinette. The large master bedroom has an elegant ensuite with double sinks and a luxurious marble/glass rain shower. A separate loft bedroom sleeps 6. To enjoy the fresh air, sub-tropical flowers and majestic trees, step out your door into a stately (lighted) pergola, which is outfitted with a firepit, and outdoor furniture for comfortable living day and night; indoors and out.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 8 (There is a $20/night extra guest fee for each guest in excess of 2)
Friday and/or Saturday requires minimum 2 night stay.
$75.00 cleaning fee

The stay was great. We stayed in the Guest House and the Main House was used for getting ready for the wedding were in town for and the rest of our family. It made for a great experience. We utilized the large yard and plentiful parking as well. Overall, a convenient and fun place to stay.

This was my second time staying at Graceful Southern Guesthouse. This place is in a great location, safe neighborhood, close to coffee shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Outdoor space is beautiful and has a nice area for children to play, porch sitting and outdoor dining.

The upstairs bedroom was only suitable for children an adult could only stand in the very center of attic type room. The stairs going up to the attic are very smal and tight with no hand rails. Overall a very uncomfortable space.

The property was simply beautiful with huge, moss filed trees, large landscaped grounds and super cool southern plantation style house. The guest house was a full house itself and was nice and cozy. We loved hearing and seeing the resident Barred Owl every evening.
