The house is located in the green Valnerina, near Torreorsina, among hills of olive groves and woods of Mediterranean scrub. The Marmore Falls is 2.4 km away. from the property. We have a beautiful swimming pool set in a large garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, typical of the green Umbria, which towards the evening shows a splendid sunset with shades of various colors. The house, in the back, has a Barbecue area of about 60 square meters.
Included in the fee are provided umbrellas, deck chairs, garden furniture and wood for the barbecue

Italien-Urlaub in einem schönen Landhaus

Das Landhaus war zwar etwas abgelegen, aber wunderschön in den Bergen gelegen. Wir wurden persönlich von den Gastgebern empfangen und bekamen auch wertvolle Tips für unseren Besuch in Rom und Lokalitäten in der Umgebung. Das Landhaus ist sehr gepflegt, insbesondere die tolle überdachte Terrasse und die Räumlichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mit Familien wieder.

Weekend alle marmore

Ottima struttura per posizione se si sceglie di stare tra le cascate delle marmore e Terni, la casa è dotata di tutti i confort ed è veramente bella specie nella cura degli spazi esterni. I proprietari disponibili, alla mano e molto gentili. Grazie di tutto speriamo di rivederci

Contract?

Het huis was zeer prima! De 1e dag verraste ons wat omdat we plots een huurcontract moesten tekenen. Zulke dingen weten we liever op het ogenblik dat we boeken en betalen (zoals geen alcohol, wij drinken op vakantie graag een glaasje wijn bij het avondeten). Verder was alles prima!! De verhuurders zijn zeer lieve en gedienstige mensen die begrijpen als je van je rust wilt genieten.

Buonasera Leen, Ci dispiace veramente tanto se il contratto vi ha lasciato qualche perplessita, ma, noi cerchiamo di dare delle regole generali che possono riguardare anche ragazzi diciottenni Per quanto riguarda l'uso di alcol, non intendevamo assolutamente dire che non si può sorseggiare un bicchiere di vino o gustare un cocktail,ci mancherebbe।। Sono regole che vietano gli eccessi che potrebbero poi portare a comportamenti discutibili e a volte pericolosi। Tutto ciò non può certo riguardare una bella e corretta famiglia come la vostra Speriamo di essere stati esaurienti,vi salutiamo con affetto Grazie per essere stati nostri graditissimi ospiti Roberta e Francesco

Gezin met 2 kinderen aug 2022

Wij, gezin met 2 kinderen in de leeftijd van 10 en 12 hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het zwembad was top net als de Wifi. Wij vonden het leuk dat er ook een tafeltennis tafel was. Het huis heeft een rustige ligging. Supermarkt, slager en bakker zijn toch dichtbij. De eigenaren zijn zeer gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zij hebben ons goede tips voor bezienswaardigheden en restaurants gegeven. Wii zijn zelf nog een dag naar Rome geweest, was 1 uur en kwartier rijden. Voor ons voor herhaling vatbaar.

Herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter,sauberes Anwesen,tolle Aussicht, auf Auto angewiesen.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Unsere Ankunft hatte sich wegen großen Stau um einige Stunden verschoben. Die Vermieter waren sehr geduldig und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts wurden wir vom Vermieter mit guten Tips versorgt. Gute Restaurants , Parkplätze etc.Das Anwesen ist in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man ist aber auf das Auto angewiesen da es zur nächsten Ortschaft 15 Minuten Autoweg abgelegen entfernt ist. Dafür sehr viel Ruhe mit toller Aussicht zur Landschaft.
