Muy buena ubicacion

La ubicacion era excelente. Habia leído que la comunicación que el propietario no era buena, pero almenos en nuestro caso fue excelente. En cuanto a limpieza era mejorable… Las instalaciones eran algo básica, pero relación calidad precio es aceptable, no se puede pedir mucho mas. En conclusion, tuvimos una buena estancia, y repetiríamos la experiencia, algo sencillo y muy buen ubicado, fenomenal para visitar la ciudad. Volveriamos.

Das Apartment hat eine echt gute Lage direkt in Strandnähe und mit einem Supermarkt nebenan. Es tut seinen Zweck und die Küche ist auch einigermaßen gut ausgestattet. Allerdings hat es auch einige Mengel: Die rechte Steckdose neben dem Bett funktioniert nicht, das Spülbecken hat keinen Stöpsel, die Fenster sind sehr zugig und allgemein ist die Wohnung nicht gut schallgedämpft, was bei dem starken Wind nachts teilweise echt unangenehm ist. Außerdem gab es im Haus während des Aufenthalts laute Bauarbeiten. Was auch noch zu erwähnen ist, dass das zusehende Fenster nur in eine Art Großen Schacht zwischen den Gebäuden führt. Man hat also keinerlei Aussicht. Dadurch wird es außerdem schwer zu Lüften, da die anderen beiden Fenster auch nicht aufgehen und von dem großen Fenster immer nur eine Seite aufgeht. Die Dusche macht immer nur kurze Zeit warmes Wasser, also funktioniert es nicht so gut wenn zwei Leute direkt hintereinander duschen. Außerdem ist ein Geschirrtuch zu wenig wenn man jeden Tag abspülen muss, da es auf Grund der Wohnung auch nicht gut trocknet. Zudem ist Rost im Wasserkocher was nicht unbedingt appetitlich ist. Aber wenigstens ging die Waschmaschine einigermaßen und das WLAN und der Fernseher waren sehr gut. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war erst sehr informativ und nett doch beim Checkout dann wurden wir auf gelesen gelassen. Zusammengefasst würde ich diese Wohnung nicht noch einmal buchen.
