Conveniently located in downtown Saugatuck, this completely renovated and restored 125 year old historic district home is perfect for a family vacation or a friends retreat. This two story home features two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath on the second floor. On the main floor, you'll find a spacious kitchen, living room, dining room, second full bath and a bonus sun room with a full futon pull out bed for additional sleeping options.
Please Note: Due to the historic nature of the property, and for the health and safety of owners and guests, this property is STRICTLY NO PETS. Also, the historic staircase may present challenges for those with mobility issues.
For water sports enthusiasts, Birky's is literally one short block from public access to the Kalamazoo River. A great location to launch your canoe, kayak, or stand up paddle board! If you don't have your own equipment, there are numerous options to rent kayaks and stand up paddle boards locally.
This property sleeps a maximum of six guests, however there is a small studio cottage available to rent behind the house that will accommodate an additional two guests. This quaint cottage features a queen pull out futon bed, full bath, seating area for two and a kitchenette with mini fridge, two burner cook top, and microwave.
