Town home on the water

2 bedroom 2 bath upstairs 1/2 bath downstairs. Full kitchen, laundry room outside, access to the pool, and water with 2 shared boat slips **the 2 slips are shared between 6 other condos and are first come first serve** Walking distance to Hurricane Junction (bar/restaurant), around the corner from the fishing center and boat ramp. 1 queen in master, a bunk bed with twin on top and full mattress on bottom in second bedroom, couch pulls out to sleep 2 with extra bedding provided. Bring the family/friends, and food all others are provided. Satellite TV by Dish Network with hopper and joey’s in both bedrooms and living room. Upstairs and downstairs balconies. Recently installed new upstairs refrigerator, washer/dryer upgrades, and brand new central air and heat. WE HAVE WIFI!

Good location and clean

Condo was in great location and clean. In need of some updating and maintenance. If your bringing a boat to slip. There are only two slips for five condos. so be prepared to trailer.

Place was decent. Furniture couch and chair extremely dated. Wi-Fi did not work. Need coffee pot. Several lights burned out.

Parking was really the only issue for us thanks to Ronna & Dwayne

The one thing that was not ideal is the parking of you have more than one vehicle with a boat and trailer . Neighbors were not the friendlest but Thank goodness Ronna and Dwayne for letting our son park his truck over there a their business. Other than that it was ok. Need more kitchen rags and towels we would definitely stay ther again

Terribly dirty

Terribly dirty. Air filters were black with dirt. Carpet filthy. Disposal didn’t work. Master bedroom closet door off railing. Staircase at front door broken. Furniture sagged and had torn fabric. Overall not up to VRBO standards in any manner. I left 3 days early, because of unhealthy conditions. Please consider a refund.

The carpet was steam cleaned 3 weeks prior to your arrival and is in great condition and they are vacuumed after every stay. Air filters are changed on a regular basis by our cleaning service. Master door has been fixed along with the outside staircase railing being reinforced. I also leave my personal phone number as contact in the check in information and you could have contacted me at anytime with issues. Sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay.

4th of July at POC

neighbors are very rude and NOT happy with this owner renting the condo. They were confrontational and basically were short of picking a fight. Boat slips are supposed to be first come first serve but the neighbors do not allow renters to use the shared slips. I notified the owner but since they are remote there is nothing they can do. I would not recommend this rental. I own a home in POC just needed this rental for over-flow guests, was NOT worth it at all. We didn’t feel comfortable even using the pool.

Waterfront But Boat Slip Not Guaranteed

The property is an old one but the interior was pretty clean and comfortable. If you’re planning to bring a boat, be warned that a boat slip is not guaranteed as six units share two slips that are first come first serve basis. The pool is between this unit and the canal, so there is no boat slip tied to this condo. This isn’t clear in the listing. Due to the age and potentially limited boat slip access, I think the price was too high for this rental.
