We are just 45 minutes north of Palm Beach International Airport.

Donna was very attentive to our needs. She left welcome snacks on the counter, hand soap, tissues and plenty of towels! The apartment was well kept, clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was AWESOME!! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again!!

Great place to stay

This condo was well located, beautiful views of both ocean and ICW. Mostly quiet, except for later in the week when a family with loud children moved in (difficult to avoid this at most condos) but night time was quiet. Shopping and restaurants are relatively close and convenient. Overall a great place to stay.

Great location!

The Condo was clean and well stocked with items to make our stay effortless and comfortable. We enjoyed the friendliness of the community in and around the condo as well as the location on the beach. Watching the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee on the balcony was a wonderful and relaxing way to start our day.

Beach Break

This was the perfect place for our 1 week break from the snow in Colorado! The unit had everything we needed and the location was ideal for walks, and access to Stuart shops and restaurants. My favorite thing about this property was the view of the ocean, and watching the sun rise every morning.

Oceanfront paradise is exactly what you get! Home was welcoming and comfortable, fully equipped included beach chairs, umbrella and towels. We went to the beach everyday we could. There was maintenance going on in the building and the adjacent, however our hosts were upfront about it and we really didn’t hear it from our balcony or the beach. It did make it hard to be at the pool but we are beach people anyway. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! The hosts even had a nice basket of snacks for us upon arrival- which saved us with a travel delay! Our hosts checked in on us and though we didn’t need anything I am positive the would have helped in a minute. Did cook a few nights, equipped kitchen and the grills were clean and easy to use. We love Hutchinson island!!!

This is a beautiful condo - clean and very well maintained. It is nicely furnished and everything is in good shape and working order. We were very comfortable here - great ocean views! The condo is well equipped with quality items -from the dishes to the towels and sheets. Also - plenty of storage which is a big plus! The owners, Donna and Steve, were very attentive - checking in was a breeze. Overall a great experience!!

This property is exactly as described by the write up and the pictures. It is a fabulous condo. We loved our stay and plan on coming back next year. We have rented many condo over the years and this is the only one exactly as advertised. It was a pleasure working with the owners their condo is a 5 ++ property. We were both sorry to leave to have to leave and We will miss the fantastic view.

Awesome vacation

The condo fit our needs perfectly. It is well appointed, maintained and beautifully decorated. All we needed to bring was the food. The owners made sure everything that is needed in a condo was there for us. Beautiful view of the beach. The beaches are beautiful and not crowded. The building is currently undergoing major maintenance, you may want to check with the owners to see the status of the maintenance work due to they started jackhammering at 8:30 am and lasted usually till 4pm. Which was not a bother for us cause we were up early and out for most of the day but if you like to sleep in that may not work for you. All in all this is a great place to stay and we will definitely be back in the future.

Beautiful view

Marginal Really needed a GOOD cleaning indoors and outdoor deck and furniture. Screendoor needs replacing. . Furniture chair pads needed replacing as well as dining chair pads. It was noted in long list of do and don't not to use sharp objects in frying pans. Unfortunately someone didn't obey. They were severely scarred and rusted!. I could go on but what is the point. We checked out the morning of March 19 and flew home primarily because of the uncertainty of airlines and the Corona virus and what would happen in the next 12 days. In spite of that the restaurants were starting to feel the effects and we primarily ate out for obvious reasons.

Restore the soul

As you walk in, the view of the ocean just pulls you out to the spacious balcony. From this fourth (top) floor you have a sweeping view up and down the beach and even a side view of Indian River. In the morning you can watch the pelicans sweeping along at wavetops as the sun breaks the horizon (or pull the shade and sleep in) and at night the moon lights the breakers in silver. It was just spectacular. Take the elevator down, angle to the right and you have maybe 100 feet to walk and you are on the beach. If you prefer the pool, turn left and go about fifty feet to the pool for this building (The Pelican). If you prefer the resort pool with Tiki Bar/Restaurant it is about a hundred feet more. The owners provided good quality beach chairs and an umbrella which saved the hassle and cost of renting or buying cheapies for the week- nice detail. The condo itself was immaculately clean, well furnished and decorated, nicely equipped, the welcome basket was well stocked, and everything was in perfect working order. The whole Jensen Beach/Stuart area is one of our favorites- there are tons of cool restaurants and shops, arts, music, and a quiet friendly vibe that make for a really fun relaxing time. Spring Training sites are a short drive away as is the Space Coast area. When we had questions, our hosts responded immediately and were very helpful. We have stayed in dozens of VRBOs and tons of resorts over the years and Oceanfront Paradise is right up at the top.

Vacation stay

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this condo. Like last year we had a blast. The condo is well appointed and stocked with necessities. The hosts are always available if needed and very nice. No issues ever came up so there was no need to call them for anything. There were renovations being done but it was never a problem with us cause we were out and about and by the time we got back to the condo the workers were pretty much done for the day. We highly recommend renting here if you love the beach and want peace and relaxation. We give this location a 5 star rating! Looking forward to next time!
