About this property

"La Codetta" is located on the famous Valnerina, in the Sibillini mountains at about 500 meters above sea level. The location is excellent for visiting Umbria, from Spoleto to the Marmore Waterfalls from Norcia to Cascia, Castel San Felice, Montefalco (famous for its wine) Vallo del Nera …… and many other ancient Umbrian villages, let's not talk about the festivals and cultural events (the famous SPOLETO FESTIVAL) to be able to participate all year round.
For those who love sports you can do Trekking, Rafting (on the Nera River) cycling (typical of Valnerina) and there is also a spa center nearby.

The house offers three double bedrooms, for each room there is a double bed, TV, INTERNET.
Linen and bath towels, you can make use of the swimming pool which with a splendid landscape in the Sibillini mountains, a wood oven and barbecue are available.
Small dogs are allowed. The additional cleaning costs (50 euros) will be requested only to guests staying with pets.

Stunning location, comfortable home

The home was a perfect location to spend 2 weeks exploring Umbria. We were able to attend the Spoleto festival, explore nearby villages, see Marmore Falls, the Frasassi Caves, and Castellucia. Plus we had ample time to relax by the pool and take in the stunning views. The host was always available for questions and we hope we can visit again someday.

Zeer mooie locatie en vakantiehuis

Deze vakantie woning ligt op een mooie plek met uitzicht over het dal van Sant'Anatolia di Narco. Door het ontbreken van drukte kun je er tot rust komen en genieten van de stilte, de geluiden van de dieren en de omgeving, het zwembad en de woning. De gastvrouw en heer hebben ons zeer prettig ontvangen en uitgzwaaid. Echt een aanrader.
