6 person holiday home in Hemmet-By Traum

Holiday home with whirlpool and sauna located within walking distance to Hemmet Strand on the southeast side of Ringkøbing Fjord. The cottage is located in the 2nd row to the playground, so this is really a very child-friendly area. The cottage is well furnished with kitchen with half wall to the dining and living room. From here there is access to a south-facing, partially covered terrace. Inviting bathroom with whirlpool and sauna. Three double bedrooms and a loft where the children have the opportunity for some time away from the parents. There is a swing. There are many good cycling and walking trails in the area. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Haus,leider etwas Unsauber

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen (zum zweiten male) leider ist die Sauberkeit nicht besser geworden. Insbesondere möchten wir erwähnen dass die Gebühr von 35 Euro für Reinigung Audit nicht berechtigt ist.Der gute Man sprach weder Englisch noch Deutsch,er kante sich nicht mit den Elektro Geräten aus und auf den Hinweis dass die Räume übel riechen reagierte er nicht. Der analoge fernsehen Empfang ist ein Witz.Für Deutsche Gäste uninteressant (keine deutsche Kanäle Den nächsten Deutschen Gästen empfehlen wir reinigung Mittel mitzunehmen um den Schimmel in der Dusche zu beseitigen. Im Gegensatz zum ersten Aufenthalt fehlten dieses mal die Auflagen für die Sitzmöbeln auf der Terrasse.

An sich ist das Haus toll ausgestattet und für einen Urlaub mit 6 Personen zu empfehlen, Leider war das Haus nicht sauber, als wir angereist sind, Der Boden war nur besenrein gereinigt, die Bettdecken, Matratzenauflagen & Kissen hatten teils undefinierbare Flecken, im Whirpool fanden wir Haare, Sand und anderen Schmutz, Auf dem Esstisch fanden wir die Krümel vom letzten Frühstück vor unserer Anreise und die Sofas waren sandig, / Nachdem wir dies im Servicebüro beanstandet haben, kam nochmal ein Putzteam ins Haus, um es zu säubern, Leider war es danach noch immer nicht wirklich sauber, aber zumindest haben wir vom Servicebüro direkt saubere Bettdecken und Kissen in die Hand gedrückt bekommen,

Das Objekt war dreckig und staubig.

Das einzig gute daran war die Ruhe die wir sehr genossen haben. Der Fernseher war nicht im Betrieb was wir als sehr schlecht empfunden haben.Im Objekt keine Betriebsanleitung für die Elektrogeräte,Offen dreckig und fettig,dass Bettzeug war eine Zumutung,nichts passte richtig aufs Bett (viel zu klein) Als allerletzte die Toiletten sehr schmutzig und übelst riechend. Da wir sehr oft in Dänemark waren wussten wir worauf wir uns einlassen,die Situation in den Hausern wird sich wohl nie ändern. Nicht gehnemigte und in Rechnung gestellte Summe.
