Mediterranean style villa with a splendid sea view.
Villa with independent entrance on the ground floor, barbecue for excellent barbecues, outdoor shower for the sea and parking space.
The interior consists of a kitchen-dining room with sofa bed (140 * 200) with sea view, double bedroom with sea view, bedroom with two beds, bathroom with shower, there are washing machine, iron, ironing board ironing board, hairdryer, satellite TV.
The exterior is furnished with garden furniture, veranda with table and chairs to be able to have lunch and dinner all overlooking the sea, veranda-solarium with deck chairs, relaxation area with sofas and armchairs all overlooking the sea.
Upon your arrival you will find the traditional welcome basket (Sicilian wines and Sicilian sweets).
The price includes the consumption of water-electricity-gas-air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, final cleaning service, supply of bed linen and towels with linen change and rearrangement of the apartment every three days.

Une semaine de pur vacances

La 1ère chose que l'on voit à l'arrivée c'est la vue sur la mer:Fabuleux... Et puis la maison où il ne manque rien et l'accueil qui nous est réservé. Bref, je recommande vivement et nous y reviendrons. Arvederci Villa Maragani...

Struttura molto curata e ben rifinita finanche nei minimi dettagli, ottimamente accessoriata. Splendida la posizione estremamente ariosa e panoramica. Molto cortesi e disponibili il proprietario e tutto lo staff, sempre attenti e solleciti per qualsiasi esigenza. Complimenti

Très belle maison, accueil chaleureux.. proprietaire disponible ; belle terrasse qui donne sur la mer.. quelques km de Sciacca La maison est confortable, voire très confortable. Djalila
