In a charming pedestrian street in the beautiful district of Brera, in the heart of the city center, a tiny cozy studio apartment with bathroom and beautiful green terrace (without kitchen).
A very chic and quiet little gem.
Within walking distance of all places of interest and well connected to all public transport (metro, tram, train, taxi and carsharing).
The ideal solution to visit and discover Milan in a truly unique environment.

Space
This is a nice studio apartment located in a refined and elegant period building, safe and well attended.
The street is a typical alley in the heart of the exclusive and picturesque Brera district: a quiet pedestrian area, which offers a wide choice of cafes, restaurants and boutiques.
The apartment, located on the first floor, overlooks a charming internal garden owned by the host (from which it is completely independent), which offers tranquility and privacy.
There is no kitchen, but a refrigerator in which we guarantee the availability of water and soft drinks every day, as well as a kettle with tea, herbal tea and instant coffee.
We are in the heart of the city, in a strategic position for every need: 2 minutes walk from the Castello Sforzesco and Parco Sempione, 10 minutes from Piazza Duomo, Corso Como and Piazza Cadorna with a stop for the train that connects Malpensa airport to the city center.
The metro station ("Lanza - Piccolo Teatro" on the green line) is 200 meters from the apartment, just two stops from the main railway stations: Central Station and Porta Garibaldi.

Beautiful spot in an awesome location

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was just what I needed as a solo traveller and very clean, and it was wonderful to be able to step out into the beautiful streets of Brera and explore Milan so easily. Pietro was a delightful and accommodating host.

We loved the location! The check in was relatively easy. It was nice we could leave our bags while the room was being prepared. The property was clean and cozy! The garden area was so lovely! The host was so responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

The place is small but in a perfect location and had everything we needed. We were able to drop off luggage and receive key prior to check in allowing us to sight see without our bags. Easy walk to everything! Host responded quickly whenever I messaged him.

Great little apartment in excellent location

This place had all the essentials, was cute, clean, and easy to access. The location is amazing and it’s tucked away on a quiet street so it’s not too loud. The terrace is beautiful. The host was also SO helpful during our stay. In addition to checking in on us and sending us clear check in/check out directions, he helped us in communicating with a courier when our luggage did not make it from Frankfurt to Milan. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Great experience at Pietro’s place in the lovely Brera district.

It was my first experience on Home Away and it couldn’t have been better. I spent two days in Milan for work and i needed an accommodation in Full city center. I found Pietro’s apartment and it is a real jewel located on a typical pedestrian street in the heart of Brera, the most beautiful and characteristic neighborhood of Milan just a few steps from my workplace. The street, However quiet and private, the street is full of excellent restaurants and cafes all around. The accommodation is bit tiny but it has everything you need and more: it is organized very well for a solo or a couple trip, a refined and lovely space with Classy furnishings and noteworthy details, complete with welcome fresh drinks and many amenities offered. The private terrace is a green oasis where i enjoyed a Nespresso coffee in the morning time while birds chirping, what a unexpected lovely experience! I will not hesitate to return to this beautiful accommodation and i highly recommend it. Special mention goes to the host, Pietro: polite, organized and very pleasant person. Thanks again Pietro, great job!
