Beautiful Gated Waterfront Home 5 Minutes From Barefoot Beach

An exquisite 3 level home in a small exclusive gated community with elevator and heated swimming pool overlooking the canal. Relax while sipping your favorite cocktail on the 2nd or 3rd floor lanai or on the oversized dock. Enjoy total privacy as the master suite encompasses the entire top level of our home, pocket doors open the whole top level to enjoy the complete feeling of indoor/outdoor space. While in the master suite you will enjoy the butler kitchen that includes a sink, fridge and coffee maker, with a separate private sitting area. The master bath includes a jetted tub, oversized shower, bidet, and television. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, private bathrooms, televisions and private balconies. This home also includes an outside cooking area with a large grill with a searing feature, sink and mini fridge. Your home also includes a gigantic game room on the ground level consisting of a , pool table, ping pong table, card table, foosball table and a bar with bar stools, opening up the pocket sliders to the swimming pool. Please feel free to open the 10 foot high pocket sliders on the main level as you get your feel of the lanai outdoors. Watch the natural saltwater life from the dock every afternoon as you enjoy the comforts your home. We have seen dolphins, manatees, stingrays, shark and numerous other wildlife outside our view.

Great Vacation Home

We stayed two weeks in this wonderful vacation home. It is large, beautiful and very well appointed. The location is great with close access to Naples or Ft. Myers and is a very short drive to the beach. Even though we experienced absolutely no problems, the owners contacted us a few times during our stay to make sure every thing was in order. We would not hesitate to vacation in this home again.

Wonderful vacation home

This home is wonderful and the owners are very gracious and make every effort to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We stayed in the home between Christmas and New Years and had a great stay. The home is amazing with a great pool area and view of the bay. The kitchen is perfect as well as a full patio to cook and entertain. The location is perfect and only a 5 minute drive to great beaches. Thanks for being such wonderful hosts.

The house was exactly as advertised. In a great neighborhood and quite street. The lanai, pool, canal view, rooms, amenities and proximity to everything was perfect. The house was very well stocked with everything you would need from appliances, towels, pool floats, chairs, etc. I would definitely rent from the Kitts again and would love to stay in this house again.

We arrived in Naples in 2011, from Tennessee, where we owned daycare centers for 20 years. We love our home, but enjoy traveling, so we decided to let others enjoy it too.

Why they chose this property

Our home is situated on a canal. We sit outside and sometimes see dolphins, manatee and lots of fish jumping.
We live on a gated street with less than 10 homes. We are about a mile from the beach.
The home is centered between Estero, Naples and of course we are in Bonita Springs. You can rent a boat, bikes, kayaks,paddle boards,just about anything, right down the street. We have fantastic restaurants. The mercato, coconut point mall, Promanade.. All within 15 minutes.
You can walk to sweet melissa's, royal scoop, prime steak house, c-level, and many others.

What makes this property unique

I love to sit on our oversized lanai, sip my coffee and think about how lucky I am. We have a beautiful spiral staircase that wraps around 2 floors. The open floor plan is great for entertaining. The master suite feels like an oasis with the pocket doors (opening the whole width of the room), making you feel as though you are part of the outside.
