It is located in a quiet FAMILY-oriented residential area - has a fully fitted-kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms, family bath (bath tub & power shower), guest toilet, conservatory with elliptical trainer, and a back garden. Supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. 50 minutes to London by train. Train station & High Street are 10 minutes away. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate guests with work trucks which is longer than a standard 7 seater vehicle.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

A clean, well equipped and comfortable 3 bedroom house. It had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Location was convenient and Host was very responsive to all questions.

Depending on what season of the year you come to

I was in the apartment when it was very hot outside the air conditioner did not work and the fans did not help cool the house and it was very hot and stuffy inside the house only when the weather got cool was nice to be in the house but other things were excellent clean and tidy rooms good shower comfortable and luxurious sofas The landlord is very kind and dedicated and makes sure everything is fine

It was a pleasure to host Chaim and his young family and I am delighted to hear that they found the property clean, secure, and comfortable. Regarding the air condition, UK is typically a cold country - hot weather is typically experienced in only 1 out of the 12 months, and this doesn't even happen every year. Therefore, it is very rare to find properties with functioning AC units. Moreover, it was never advertised that the property has AC units. However, there are oscillating fans in all bedrooms, sitting room, and dinning area.

The property would be your home away from home, with all the amenities needed for daily living. Other guests who have stayed in the property, through another platform, have always enjoyed their stay. The property is my holiday home where I spend time with my family. We keep it in good shape for ourselves and for our esteemed guests. It is thoroughly cleaned after each check out and any complaints, no matter how tiny, are dealt with immediately.

What makes this property unique

It is well furnished with all the amenities needed and with all the utensils needed in the kitchen.

Also, you can stay in this quiet area and get to London through a 50-minutes non-stop train.
