Such a fabulous villa - felt so homely and had everything you needed. Rogerio was great at getting back to any questions. It such a pretty area and you can walk into Sao Luis which had a lovely market and little restaurants for the evening. Would highly recommend.

Amazing property. The photos do not do it justice. It’s huge and like something out of an interiors magazine. Very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool after exploring the local towns and beaches. 10 out of 10 without a doubt!!! Book it!!!

Relaxing stay in a stunning villa with peaceful surroundings.

The villa surpassed all expectations and photos do not do justice to the beautiful interiors. Easily accommodated two families of 4. A 15/20 minute walk into Sao Luis - authentic Portuguese town with lovely atmosphere, great cafe and restaurant and daily fish and vegetable market. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Peaceful and beautiful house

We stayed 2 weeks of wonderful holidays in family. The house is really beautiful and comfortable. We made a lot of plans: visiting different beaches, dinners out in restaurants in Vilanova de Milfontes, arrange delicious home dinners with the products of Sao Luis market (fresh sea food)… We really enjoy the holidays and the home is an important factor, it was a pleasure of days.

Lovely house peaceful location lovely outdoors and pool, loved staying here. Just delightful BUT Very hard to find. Google Maps unable to cope Very rough tracks to drive to get there. No way to communicate with host except via ap and wifi not great with low security. Well appointed kitchen except no kitchen knives (weird). And high tech appliances hard to understand with no instructions. But otherwise just wonderful

Thoughtful decoration in a rural environment

The villa is located in a quiet rural area, but at walking distance from the village if you don't mind to cross the woods to get there, and not so far from de sea (by car). The landscape is exceptional, and the climate in summer is mild and perfect for outdoor activities. The house is beautifully built with traditional local materials, including waxed cement and rammed earth. We loved the decoration with plenty of antiques. The outdoor area was just perfect, you can see the pine trees from the swimming pool. We had a great time...we definitely recommend this property.

Relaxing and elegant home

We had a lovely week with family and friends, and had a great time relaxing. Lovely pool area with a shaded veranda where I spent many hours reading. Super kitchen which was perfect for preparing meals which we ate in the large outdoor dining area. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, the beds are a little bit hard. This was the only negative point from a really great week. Enjoyed the local area, delicious pastries and coffee at the market cafe in São Luis. And beautiful walks from the village. Beautiful coast, we had surfing lessons at Furnace beach and fab swimming in the lagoon at high tide. Overall a good week and I would recommend this property.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein außergewöhnliches Schmuckstück. Jedes einzelne Zimmer war individuell eingerichtet und auf seine Weise außergewöhnlich. Auffällig war auch die Dekoration aus landestypischen Geräten und Gegenständen im Wohnzimmer. Die große Küche war wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Insgesamt hat das Haus drei Duschen, eine außerhalb der Zimmer, je eine integriert in die größten Schlafzimmer. Das war für unsere Zwecke optimal, da wir das Haus mit zwei Familien gemietet hatten.Der Pool ist ungefähr acht Meter lang und hat für unsere Zwecke vollkommen ausgereicht. Selbst Mitte Oktober war es noch so warm, dass wir und die Kinder darin schwimmen konnten. Der Außenbereich ist großzügig, die große Terrasse ist am Morgen vor der Sonne geschützt und beschattet. Es gibt einen Grill und einen Ofen auf der Terrasse. Der Kontakt zu Rogèrio war immer freundlich und schnell. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen, ohne jede Einschränkung.

Prachtig huis op een mooie plek, heerlijk rustig. Fijne bedden. Mooi zwembad, helaas was het weer nog een beetje koud, dus niet veel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Wel genoten van de mooie tuin en de vogels.fijne communicatie met de eigenaar, die erg hulpvaardig was en snel reageerde op alle vragen!

We hebben genoten van dit prachtige huis met zwembad veranda en grote tuin. De villa heeft een mooie huiselijk inrichting. Je voelt je er gelijk thuis. Ook de barbecue en pizza oven met buitenkeuken maken het compleet. Onze kinderen en kleinkinderen hebben genoten. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Excelentes férias em família

Estadia com família (marido, filhos, nora, genro e netos) muito agradável. Propriedade, piscina e espaço exterior perfeitos para um óptimo convívio tanto para adultos como crianças. Espaço de refeição interior, não tão agradável como o exterior, mas salas, quartos e casas de banho com muito gosto e excelentes condições. Caminho para a propriedade não tão bom como o resto das condições mas razoável. Experiência a repetir.

Fantastic week

Amazing family week. House is beautiful and well decorated. São Luis is lovely. Fantastic restaurants and beaches. Don’t miss Pizza at Lameiros, only on Sundays.

Excellent location for beach/trekking/mtb activities

The house is beautiful- it mixes a very contemporary decoration with traditional architecture. The outdoor area is very nice with plenty of space. Very quiet at night with nice views to the countryside. Malhão/ Aivados beach are about 30 minutes away - good for surfing. The historic rota vicentina trek passes nearby and there are also several mtb paths on the vicinity of the house. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home in a little piece of heaven

We stayed here with our family for ten days and felt absolutely at home in a beautifully architected house. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a get away in nature.
