Rural house located between Cuenca and the mountains, next to the Júcar river. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, interior garden with barbecue. The town has adventure services in caves, canyons, several tourist trails. There is a natural clear water bath area. Possibility of other activities such as mushroom and mushroom picking in the surrounding pine forests. Listen to the bellowing of deer in the fall ... and many more activities.
The house has been recently renovated and equipped with all kinds of comforts, home cinema, library, board games, state-of-the-art kitchen, wooden floors, diesel and pellet heating.
In the garden you will enjoy perfect barbecues with your family and friends.

Cozy place with a pretty garden.

This was a sweet place to launch into the Serranía de la Cuenca from. It is cozy, and has all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much. The town is just big enough to have a small grocery store and a few restaurants, but small enough that you could launch into the park walking from your front door.

Lovely quaint village

The property was spacious and clean, and the neighbours were very helpful and friendly. The was street was quiet and the enclosed garden area perfect for relaxation. Our host Adrian and his family were superb and went out of their way to make us welcome and to help us with any problems that occurred. We would definitely return.

Een heel ruim en gezellig huis met een tuin. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Twee douches en twee toiletten. Supermarkt en restaurant op loopafstand. Klein minpunt is de geur van riolering. Wij hebben steeds water door het bad en de gootsteen laten stromen. Dat hielp tijdelijk. Geur ervaar je vooral bij binnenkomst en hoogstwaarschijnlijk is er niet veel aan te doen.We zouden zo weer terug gaan nar deze fine plek in een rustig dorp.

Buena y amplia casa, con buena ubicación.

Casa muy completa y equipada, amplia y cómoda. Tan solo mejoraría el poner algo más de menaje (para no poner tanto el lavaplatos) y algo más de luz en los baños (en el espejo, para peinarse, afeitarse...).

Idealer Standort, um Cuenca und die Gegend dort zu erkunden

Uns hat es in dem Haus sehr gut gefallen und Adrian, der Gastgeber ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und in jeder Situation hilfsbereit gewesen. Das Haus ist geräumig und hat wirklich viel Platz! Es hat neben dem Badezimmer eine zusätzliche Toilette, so dass man sich auch mit mehreren Leuten nicht in die Quere kommt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Den Patio haben wir nicht genutzt, weil die Sonne noch nicht hoch genug stand, um dort hinein zu scheinen. Ganz besonders und außergewöhnlich: Das Haus hat eine Heizung. Das ist toll für die kältere Jahreszeit und im Übergang dazu. Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein PKW-Stellplatz. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, einen Bäcker, einen Fleischer, eine Bar und ein paar Restaurants. Bis Cuenca sind es etwa 15 km. Vielen Dank an Adrian!!!

Senderismo con perros

Perfecta ubicación para rutas de senderismo. Coincidió con las fiestas de Carnaval del pueblo y nos invitaron a participar en la chocolatada y concurso de disfraces. Morable recuerdo con amigos y mascotas que todos disfrutamos un montón. Sólo indicar que aunque lo indica, en la casa no hay sal ni aceite.

Goed gelegen nabij Cuenca en machtig natuurpark

Eenvoudige rijtjeshuis met een klein ommuurd en beplant binnenplaatsje. Het rook er toen wij er waren onfris. Basic toerusting met keukenspullen. Wel goede maar krakende bedden en rustige omgeving (eind september). De prijs die we betaalden was veel te hoog.

Sorry to hear you didnt enjoy the house as much as most guest do. That smell you mention came from the new soil of a plant plot, and of course it disapeared quickly. You knew the price of the house before making a reservation, nothing was hidden to u. This house has great facilities and very good condition. You were very rude since the first time u called us asking for a disscount because u didnt want to pay the comission that this kind of websites fairly charges in exchange for a safe good service and protection for guest and host equally.

Fantastic stay!

From the start the host, Adrian, reached out to us quickly after booking. He explained everything about the property that we needed to know. The place was well kept, clean & had everything we needed. On our checkout day Adrian gave us some recommendations on places to eat in Velencia and Barcelona. We enjoyed our stay very much, would definitely go back and highly recommend!

Escapada de fin de semana

Una casa con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agradables. Muy buena comunicación con el propietario, antes y durante la estancia. La casa bien equipada (maravilloso jardín desde el que observar las estrellas) y muy bien ubicada. Multitud de opciones de excursiones en la zona.
