This evocative house is located in the hills of the province of Malaga, 1.5 kilometers west of the town of El Borge. Its location provides the perfect place to rest and enjoy your well-deserved moments of relaxation. This single-storey accommodation can welcome up to 6 people, as it is provided with 3 bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with a double bed each; of them, one bedroom is also provided with an en-suite with shower. The other bedroom features two single beds. There’s another bathroom with shower at the guests’ disposal. The luminous dining-living room is furnished and decorated comfortably, welcoming a fireplace that warms up the whole ambience, and a satellite TV broadcasting German and Dutch channels. This room also shares space with a completely equipped kitchen.
The cottage lies in a fenced property, thus ensuring complete privacy to all the guests of the villa. The spacious covered porch welcomes an outdoor dining area, whereas in the backyard, there’s a brick barbeque. In the same area, you will also find a lovely private pool with a filtration system with saline chlorinator plus salt, overlooking the hills of the Axarquía region; the poolside sun loungers let the whole family sunbathe during the warm summer afternoons.
The house is located 1.5 km from the town and can be accessed via a concrete lane, except the last section of 300 meters. This path is characterised by several curves and the first part has a slope.
