Our apartment is a real home from home. The apartment's location is ideal, within minutes walk of the Playa Grande Beach.

Kitchen: The property has a spacious and well equipped kitchen - ideal for those who want to prepare their own meals whilst away! Full oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. There is plentiful crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils, and lots of cupboard space.

Outside: The property’s outside areas are very relaxing places to sit. Off the living area is an extendable awning allowing for a covered terrace area with a table and chairs with cushions. The lower terrace also has two sunloungers. The terraces have a mix of sun and shade all day. The upstairs terrace is a real favourite, having a table and chairs and two sunloungers, where you can sit and admire the lovely sea views and enjoy the sun trap.

The apartment is surrounded by high walls. Parking is available on the road to the side of the apartment.

The 2 bedroomed apartment is ground floor. The upper terrace is accessed via an exterior flight of stairs which may be considered steep, and so may also not be suitable to those with mobility problems.

There is a saftey deposit box for guests to use, and free fibreoptic wifi throughout.

Calle Gofio is a quiet pedestrianised street leading directly to the seafront in one minute's walk. The street does have some steps, and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
