Beautiful family villa with stunning view

We stayed 12 night with a family of 5, our kids are small and had a fantastic time. The villa is very comfortable and has everything you need to have a great time. Communication with the owner is very fluent and caring! We had a fantastic holiday, 5 stars worth! Eva

The perfect bolt hole

Set high on a hill, at the end of a quiet track casa vereda commands the most astonishing views down the valley and out to sea. The smell of hot pine needles was delicious. This traditional Spanish house had everything we needed when we wanted to stay at home. Comfy sofa and beds, a crystal clean pool, good air con for the couple of nights there wasn't a breeze, and excellent water pressure in the shower. It's the little things! We didn't do much during our stay, but the local village of competa is a 10 minute drive and has everything you need to experience village Spanish life, or pick a souvenir up in the Saturday market. Competa is chocolate box beautiful. A little further on, there are start points for mountain walks. We were in flip flops so only climbed a main track to the top of a hill after following a stream for a while in the shade and coolness, but even that was rewarding. I think we'll be back 💖 This

We initially looked at this property over a year ago but didn’t decide to stay until recently. There were lots of expectations developed over that year and I am pleased to say they were all met. Comfortable, casual, quiet, and private. The pool was a little chilly (first part of June) but marvelous. The fragrance of pine was soothing. Amenities were as expected and sufficient. Satellite TV was somewhat difficult to figure out - a channel guide would be helpful. If you rent a car the smaller the better for paved and unpaved roads and driving in town - Competa, Torrox, Nerja… Everything is very narrow, hilly and winding. Overall a great villa to stay at.

Wir empfangen normalerweise jede Saison viele Familien und sie lieben besonders den Panoramablick vom Haus sowie die Ruhe und Stille, die das ganze Jahr über im Haus und im Garten geatmet wird. Wir haben uns Jahr für Jahr bemüht, das Haus zu verbessern, und wir arbeiten weiter daran. Die schöne Stadt Cómpeta liegt in der Nähe und bietet mehrere Supermärkte, Restaurants und Geschäfte für alles, was Sie in den Ferien und an freien Tagen benötigen.

Danke Karl für den Kommentar, das Haus hat eine wirklich gute Ausstattung und einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge und das Mittelmeer. Das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, die für frische Luft in den heißen Monaten und warme Luft in den Wintermonaten sorgt. Das Haus hat auch Heizkörper, um in den Wintermonaten für zusätzliche Wärme zu sorgen.

Gracias Karl por el comentario, la casa tiene en verdad buenas instalaciones y unas vistas maravillosas de las montañas y del mar mediterráneo. La casa cuenta con un equipo de aire acondicionado que proporciona aire fresco para los meses calurosos y aire caliente para meses de invierno. Además cuenta la casa con radiadores para proporcionar calor extra en meses de invierno.

Gracias Margo por tu visita y comentario. Siempre intenté hacer todo lo posible para que vuestra visita fuera lo mejor posible. La piscina no estaba en funcionamiento este invierno, pero estoy planeando poder ofrecerla en el futuro también en los meses invernales porque la temperatura es también muy buena para bañarse.
