Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’d never stay here again. Upon arrival we realized there was no coffee pot, how is that possible?? The bathrooms were both extremely dirty. Master toilet even had dry pee on it. GROSS

Please know the coffee maker has been replaced - and we do regret that this was an oversight with your stay. We wish we had known of this issue and the other issues you encountered as we most definitely would have remedied this immediately. Please know in the future - we are on site and available 24/7 - and most definitely would want to address any such issues immediately - as while we expect perfect, sometimes we do make errors - and will always correct them immediately if we know. Again, we apologize for the missing coffee maker - but do know it has been replenished in the unit. -The Seascape-Resort Team

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This space is large and airy and features just about anything you could want for a beach getaway. It was clean and close to the beach and a few nice little local restaurants. My only real issue (and it seems minor, but was a pain in the butt) is the management company's policy of only giving one trash bag (we called and that is what we were told). The asked us repeatedly to be sure to take the garbage out when we left and the sign on the trash chute said garbage MUST be bagged. I assume they want us to buy or bring our own trash bags?

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I was very disappointed in this rental. For starters, we paid extra for a guaranteed check-in and the room was not ready. In fact, once we checked in my family had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean everything to feel comfortable staying in this rental. Secondly, the signage for the complimentary chairs/umbrella could be better (it is practically non-existent). Lastly, we had a group reserve rooms at the same location but at the last minute one of the parties in our group were assigned another location. This prevented us from using the same pool (due to wristbands). Usually, vacations lead to unforgettable memories but this rental is something I can’t wait to forget.

This was not the room we booked originally and we were moved without being notified.The room size was great— the condition of the condo needs some major updating! The dresser in the master bedroom didn’t have one drawer that wasn’t broken among other things. The beds were not comfortable at all and having a queen bed in the master was a disappointment for sure.

When I called the office I was told they were closing in 5 minutes. Check in time was terrible. 5 o'clock is very late for check in. I believe this is deliberate due to the fact they charge extra to check-in early so I believe. They do not allow check-ins before 5. We had twin 5 month olds but that didn't matter. Pool guard was very rude to children in the pool asking them to move to an unheated freezing pool.Pretty far from the beach.

We had a few minor things that interrupted our vacation momentarily, like the water not working in the unit for a couple of hours, or not having the amount of wrist bands for the pool as we requested, or as were stated that we should have had on our packet. No one visited our unit to correct the issues. Other than that, the unit was clean, and we had a nice view of the pool.

Reviewer Comments: Securing the reservation and all steps leading up to arrival were above and beyond. Arrival day was not pleasant. Room was not ready until 7:36pm. I was told 4-5pm all along leading up to this. Attendants on site had never heard of such late arrivals. It was very unsettling. I was set and ready to enter and had to sit and wait with 5 kids and groceries. Unit needs updating~ lots of broken things~ broken screen on screen door, broken blinds. Things don’t seem taken care of. Only 9 towels. Should have been 10. Wifi never worked, when called staff said if it’s not out everywhere they couldn’t do much. Had to call for pool bracelets. They did not have enough so half of us has AD1 bracelets, other 1/2 AD2. Thankfully security had gotten to know us and was understanding that we didn’t have them. Was told we would have gym cards, never received them- they were not in unit on arrival. Unit was not the cleanest. Condo above us poured water down their balcony daily causing all of our stuff to get wet~ that was fun. I would not stay in this unit again. We did like the pools though. I would consider another unit. The 2nd balcony overlooked parking lot~ it was advertised different but that wasn’t important to us. The cabana cafe~ We came here 1st day while waiting for room, the waitress told us she was sick and started crying and never came back, we had a new waitress but avoided that spot the remainder of the trip! We appreciated the free beach service, although I think unless you are tipping those guys lots of money~ they never have 1st row available, even if you are 1st in line. Condo was in a good location, walk to beach and restaurants was not bad.

(No music, no drinks, etc) some of the security guards were chill about it and some of them were extremely strict. The owners that we had contact with were extremely rude and yelled at our kids across the pool. Some condos were very up to date and clean and some were older and not as kept up. Our condo had no WiFi, broken screens, mold in the shower, broken ladder for bunk bed, one of the tvs didn’t work. The golf course was not that nice for it to be a part of a resort. The overall feel of the resort was outdated.

Unit was okay for my family however a lot of this needed update in this apartment. The master bedroom does not have a futon bed inside as stated in advertising. It’s location in the living room. My daughter and kids could not stay In One room. We had to was all the spoons and fork they were filthy. The coffee cups are all scratch up. Carpet in living room needs clean is really dirty. You could smell it. Our room doors and bathroom doors were not closing. Light in dining room corridor had bulb that were not working. This unit is big and can really be beautiful if it is well taken care of. The owner never responded to us except for management. We were given one car pass only and was told we had to pay for the other. After I call they said it was a different management that took our money on the same property. Hello it was the same hotel we pay. No refund on Our parking pass. Be aware. Apartment is big and spacious. Make the best of our time spent there.

Great place to stay

We only had the pleasure of staying one night but we are already considering it for next year. The property in general is very clean with very friendly staff. The condo had ample space for the entire family and had all the amenities we need for our stay.
