Surrounded by abundant fruit trees, oaks, olive trees and a large garden where you and your beloved ones will spend unforgettable moments. This villa ensures complete privacy and you can do your daily shopping in the 200 mt-far town of Los Prados.

The rustic-decoration holiday home comprises four bedrooms, three with a double bed each and one with two single beds; there also exists the possibility of adding two extra beds. The spacious dining-living room with fireplace shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen. Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub complete the distribution of the villa.

WiFi internet connection is available from mid-May to late September.

In the outdoor area, you will find a barbeque and a fenced private pool, where you can enjoy long summer nights thanks to the lighting provided. The villa has a parking area and a decorative pond with stone waterfall.

The access to the villa is possible through a paved road.

Maison très bien tenue, très propre, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Jardin bien entretenu qui apporte de la fraîcheur et de l'ombre très appréciable en Andalousie. Maison sans climatisation mais néanmoins fraîche même par forte chaleur. On y dort plutôt bien. Piscine très propre et bien entretenue. Alentours agréables, petite superette chez un particulier à 5 minutes à pied, très pratique. Le boulanger livre à domicile. Le propriétaire est d'une gentillesse infinie, très bonne commication et disponible. Nous avons appris beaucoup de choses grâce à lui. Pleins de petits villages charmants aux alentours, Ronda rapidement accessible. Merci encore mille fois Joáquim, il est probable qu'on se revoit un jour ici ou là-bas...
