The Lakeside Getaway - newly renovated condo on Lake Conroe

This gorgeous condo is the perfect place for any couple, solo traveler, or family to come and relax at the lake. The condo sleeps 2 people, with a king bed in the bedroom. It was renovated in March of 2017, it is in a great location and has a gracious and hospitable hostess who lives within a mile of the property and is very easy to contact if needed! No where else on the lake can you find a balcony directly over the water, guests will be within walking distance of a playground, basketball court, pool, tennis court and boat ramp.

The condo has a king bed in the bedroom and a couch in the living room, (extra beds can be requested if need be).

Quiet getaway

This place was great! Right on the water, we walked to the restaurant and easy parking. We wanted to just getaway for a few days to a quiet place and this was perfect!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of the lake. Short walk to The Wave restaurant. I would recommend staying at this place for a get away weekend.

Very cute property, just had some weird things from being an older unit. They have updated it nicely but there are still a few things that need fixing. All in all it worked for the short time we were there.

The lake view from this property is amazing! We were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset from The Wave next door. The only issues we had were the tv's would not work very well and nothing will stay plugged in. Definitely need new outlets. The bathroom floors could be cleaner but other than that everything was great.

I loved this property. The condo is very comfortable. Its a lovely area. I think it could have been cleaner, the cleaner probably just does the minimum. But we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect little condo for a couple to enjoy! Quaint open concept for the kitchen/living room, comfortable king bed, two sinks in the bathroom with a shower with perfect pressure! Definitely a 5-Star stay!

The balcony right over the water of Lake Conroe has a beautiful, extensive view! The apartment is wel- appointed & maintained. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there & it won’t be the last!

A nice little home away from home

My husband and I had an awesome time fishing right out the back door. The home had all the amenities you need for a week/weekend getaway. I look forward to contacting the homeowner again when we plan another trip to lake Conroe.

nice location

right on lake, bottom floor, could fish from balcony, access to condo pool and parking pass for marina short walk to wave restaurant and bar has a large outside area with a big pool. Plan ahead because there's not a grocery store close by. Definitely would like to go there again.

Wonderful condo

This is a great place to stay. Lovely furnishings and wonderful view. My only complaint would be that the kitchen is not well stocked (no baking pans, paper towels or dish soap for handwashing). We made a run to Dollar General and made it work. Fabulous neighborhood pool and quiet area.

Spring Break

This was our second time staying here. After I washed my hair the first morning I realized there was no hairdryer as stated so my husband had to go buy one. Also, the outlets are very weak and don’t hold the plug very well. The property is very old and the people upstairs were extremely noisy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely delightful stay at this charming condo! Being situated on the first floor allowed us to indulge in our love for fishing right off the balcony—a dream come true for any fishing enthusiast! The cozy one-bedroom, one-bath layout with a small kitchen area open to the living and dining space was perfect for our needs. Although our stay was brief, every moment was filled with comfort and enjoyment. The condo was impeccably clean and adorned with adorable decor, making it feel like a home away from home. We only stayed for one night, but we were left wishing we could have extended our visit for a couple more days to fully immerse ourselves in the experience. Plus, the abundance of activities available in the area ensured that there was never a dull moment. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return for another memorable stay!
