Perfect vacation

We spent a wonderful week at Ivan's Apartment. The location is brilliant - right by the path to the beach, just a short walk to the center. The place itself is very clean, the kitchen fully equipped, and the air conditioning worked well despite the heat. The view from the terrace is amazing. Very nice contact with the owner. We will definitely choose it again if we go to Njivice.

High-end vacation!

Wir waren zu viert in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Meer, er war unser aller Lieblingsort von früh am Morgen bis zum späten Abend. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, Fernseher, Kücheneinrichtung, ...) und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und trägt zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt bei. Wier kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Doporučuji , krásné místo.

Ubytování je velmi blízko moře asi 3 minuty cesty z mírného kopce. Velká terasa s výhledem na moře , dále balkon pro obě ložnice. Vybavení kuchyně naprosto vystačující. Klidná lokalita. Majitelky velmi příjemné a ochotné , bydlí ve spodní částí vily. Nabídli nám i vyprání věcí a výměnu povlečení.

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien 7 Tage dort.Das Apartment ist schon etwas älter aber für kroatische Verhältnisse sauber! Was Super ist, war die Terasse mit Meerblick . Parken kann man vor dem Haus im Hof was aber sehr eng ist und gerade mal ein Auto Platz hat! In der Küche war bis auf einen Toaster alles vorhanden wenn auch schon etwas älter!
