Centrally located on 40 acres of woods a short drive away from many attractions - Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Frankfort, Crystal Lake, and Crystal Mountain. Grocery Stores, restaurants and a variety of stores and shops are just 3 miles away. The guest house is 1100 sq. ft with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi Tub. There is also a large deck with grill and furniture. Also availible for use are trails through the woods. The guest house is above the garage which is attached to the host home.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Family Overnight

Perfect location for one night, pop-up trip to Benzie County to ski at Crystal. The apartment was private and provided plenty of space to sleep for our family of five, at an amazing rate, with the location we wanted.

Overnight Stay in Beulah

Scott’s house rental was perfect for our stay in Beulah. Everything was as expected & it was only about 12 minutes to Crystal Mountain for a quick day of skiing. Would come back again.

Great location not far from Crystal Mountain

We stayed here with family for a ski trip to Crystal Mountain. It was only a quick 12 minute drive to the resort. Great, clean space. It was perfect for 2 families. The kids loved the bunk room. Wish we stayed longer as we did enjoy our stay and loved the beautiful property.

Weekend Getaway

Stayed for a quick Birthday Weekend Getaway. Location was great and easy to find. Very quiet setting. Place was very nice, however, not that clean. The bathroom should have been much cleaner including some minor fixes. The kitchen smelled and looked like someone had just got finished cooking dinner. Other than that, we had a great time.

Beautiful Benzonia Home

We stayed here one night while doing the M22 Color Tour , the home had everything you needed after a day on the road. The house was well stocked, clean and comfy. Only thing we didn't like is we had to leave to continue the tour. A plus for us was the no cleaning fee that most people charge. Would definitely come back and would recommend this to anyone traveling near the area.

Bachelorette Weekend Stay

We had a group of older women for my sister's bachelorette party! All of us are in our 30's and 40's, and the stay was quite nice. The balcony is beautiful, as well as the home. It was bigger in person than the photos! There was plenty of room for us to hang out and chat, as well as sleep comfortably. They have it stocked well for convenience of the guests and it was much appreciated! Thanks, Scott and family!
