Casa di Flo is located in the central area a few minutes from the station and a few steps from the beautiful promenade of Bari and the city beach “Pane e Pomodoro. Its position will allow you to reach any type of commercial activity including numerous restaurants and shops as well as the main shopping streets of Bari such as via Sparano and via Argiro.
The property features comfortable Art Nouveau rooms finely furnished to give its guests an unforgettable stay. They include air conditioning, a private bathroom with hairdryer and satellite TV. one of the two apartments is complete with a kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, kettle and toaster.
A large and charming external courtyard will be at your disposal for pleasant moments of relaxation.
Karol Wojtyla airport is only 9 km from our hotel and a paid airport shuttle service will be available.

Communication was great. Apartment is cute and generally quiet. Location was great! And Host secured us a taxi when we couldn’t get one!! Unfortunately, stay wasn’t as great… there was an ant infestation, sofa bed mattress was terrible, multiple pillows smelled foul & were unusable, the toilet seat was broken in one bathroom, the shower head was broken in the other bathroom.

Vorab, wenn ich in ein anderes Land fahre habe ich keine Erwartungen, dass alles einem Standart entspricht, wie ich ihn von zu Hause kenne.Was allerdings nicht ok ist, wenn der Online Auftritt nach "liebevolle Details" aussieht aber große Mängel einfach verschwiegen werden. So hatten wir große Schimmelflecken in den Zimmern und abplatzenden Putz. Bei Reklamation wurde auf Wasserschaden der oberen Etage hingewiesen, die Handwerker hätten leider erst ab August Zeit. Verlasst Euch nicht darauf, die Schäden waren definitiv schon älter.Wenn ein Appartement für bis zu 4 Personen angeboten wird, erwarte ich in der Küche 4x vollständiges Besteck, Kaffeetassen, Teller u.s.w. Dort gab es z.B. nur 2 Tassen, 2 Gabeln. Küchenartikel waren in der Menge so, dass man nicht die Idee bekommen hätte etwas zu kochen. Der Backofen war nur Dekoelement aber vorab bekannt. Ich denke die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und es besteht kein großes Interesse dort Geld zu investieren.Es war geputzt, es gab saubere Bettwäsche, Handtücher. Die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert weil ich mir den Urlaub nicht verderben lassen wollte. Ich habe die Mängel schriftlich bei Einzug angesprochen, hilft nichts, gibt kein Geld zurück.Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war unverhältnismäßig: 9 Tage, 1500 Euro, 2 Erwachsene mit Kind.Wäre die Wohnung wie beschrieben, wäre der Preis ok. Mein Rat: Mehr Ehrlichkeit bei der Beschreibung hätte ich mir gewünscht.

Zunächst einmal vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für meine Unterkunft entschieden haben. Es tut mir leid, dass ein paar Flecken an der Decke für so viel Ärger gesorgt haben, aber ich habe Ihnen die Wahrheit gesagt: Ich habe Probleme mit der Wohnung im Stockwerk darüber. Sie fordern sehr leichtfertig Rückerstattungen ... aber ich muss zwei Kinder großziehen und kann solchen Forderungen nicht nachgeben. Ich hoffe, dass sich Ihr Ärger nach dieser Bewertung gelegt hat und Sie Ihr Leben mit der Gewissheit fortsetzen, gegenüber jemandem, der ehrlich arbeitet, das Richtige getan zu haben.
