Located just 60 metres from the beach and approximately 6 km from Korcula Old Town, Eco Sunshine Apartments offer a relaxed island stay surrounded by Mediterranean nature and beautiful sea views.

Recently renovated, the property features five stylish apartments, a private heated outdoor pool with a separate toddler section, spacious terraces, modern amenities and an EV charging station.

The property is equipped with a solar energy system, while the apartments combine modern comfort with the natural character of the island.

Beaches for Every Preference

Eco Sunshine Apartments are ideally located for exploring different types of beaches. A rocky beach is approximately 60 metres from the property, pebble beaches can be found around 700 metres away, while sandy beaches are approximately 1–2 km away.

Private Heated Pool & Outdoor Living

A major highlight of Eco Sunshine Apartments is the private outdoor heated pool, exclusively available to guests of the five apartments.

The pool includes a separate toddler section with a water depth of approximately 0.4 metres and is open from 20 April to 31 October.

Parents can relax on the sun loungers while children enjoy the pool. Above the pool, a wooden sun terrace offers a wonderful spot for sunbathing, relaxing or enjoying morning yoga with beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea.

Guests can also enjoy two BBQ areas on the covered terrace, together with a large dining table and sea views – an inviting setting for relaxed meals and evenings together.

Everything You Need for a Comfortable Stay

The property enjoys a peaceful yet convenient location, just minutes from cafés, restaurants, shops and other local amenities.

Each apartment is fully equipped with two air-conditioning units, a kitchen, free Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV and a spacious balcony or terrace with sea views.

An EV charging station is also available on site.

SUP boards – available to rent at Prvi Zal beach, approximately 800 m from the apartment house
Speedboat rental – 250 €/day + fuel; a valid licence is required
New bicycles – 20 €/day
Pets – welcome for an additional fee of 50 € per pet per stay

Sunrise Apartment – Comfort with a View

Located on the first floor, the 45 m² Sunrise Apartment features one bedroom, one bathroom, a new kitchen with oven and dishwasher, and a spacious living area with a pull-out sofa.

The private terrace offers stunning sea and pool views and is a wonderful place for breakfast, outdoor dining or simply relaxing in the Mediterranean sunshine.

Getting Here
By Plane:
Fly to Dubrovnik (DBV) or Split (SPU) and take a catamaran to Korcula Town, then a 10-minute taxi (cca 20 eur cost) or bus (2,4 € cost) ride to Lumbarda.

By Car:
From Split: Take the ferry to Vela Luka (2.5h), then drive 45 minutes.
From Ploče: Take the ferry to Trpanj, drive to Orebic, then take the ferry to Korčula (total ~3h).
Via Pelješac Bridge: Drive 45 minutes to Orebic, then take the ferry to Korčula (10 min to Lumbarda).
