When the Mediterranean tradition blends with the taste and elegance. NL Nederlands a dwelling, in the heart of Polignano a Mare a few steps from the sea and the 'nightlife' local.

The delightful residence is as follows:

First floor - elegant and refined bedroom, adjacent living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and housed in a cabinet with glass ceramic induction plate, table four chairs and a bathroom in color 'carob' with sink and shower tray stone (with heating for the winter months), communicating with the bedroom and the living room. The two rooms on the first floor are equipped with high-efficiency Daikin air conditioners in every room, two LED TV and broadband internet wifi

Terrace - 40 square meters large and exclusive terrace, mini-pool with heated whirlpool color therapy, solariium area, umbrella table and chairs. If for any problem the hot tub should not be working I will refund the sum of € 30.00 per week booked.

Ideal for your holidays in Puglia, a few kilometers from Castellana Grotte, Conversano, cisternino, monopolies, Alberobello, Ostuni, and about 90 km from Salento.

The house is rented from April to September with regular lease.

very nice place and the owner

We stayed ca 10 days in Polignano. The town and area are very beautiful. Accomodation is well located and easy to explore Puglia. Also comfortable and designed with taste ! One small disadvantage was little space for store belongings. Generally we recomend !

Wonderful

We stayed at this lovely apartment for 4 nights in October and we had an amazing time. It was stylish and immaculate and we felt very at home here. A perfect place to relax yet right in the heart of the town. Perfect location for exploring Polignano a mare and the rest of Puglia. Could not fault anything in the apartment and we were sad to leave. We were lucky enough to have the 1 bed apartment with private roof terrace with jacuzzi and sunbathing/dining area. However, there is also access to another apartment so would be ideal for 2 couples aswell. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. The free wifi was a real bonus aswell. Wonderful!

Amazing property amazing owner

Our stay in Polignano was simply perfect! The apartment is very nice and spacious, fully equipped, even with extras, like LCD TV in each room, air conditioning and a marvelous jacuzzi!!! It's so relaxing and unique, luxury feeling. The owner, Giuseppe waiting us in the train station, this is so kind! He show us the city around. In the apartment he surprised us with italian sweets, with beer, soft drinks and with a pottery basil! He treated us like friends, he comes to us to talking, so we would like to give him 10 stars. :)) We can't wait to return back! Thank you Giuseppe!! :)

Beautiful - Highly Recommend!!

We (myself and 2 friends)stayed at this amazing apartment/Townhouse for 10 nights in May. We took both the apartments connected to this property so it became one townhouse for our stay, we all had a fabulous time. It was immaculate and very modern with everything you might need for your holiday. The apartment itself was very central to everything in Polignano a Mare. And the town itself was central for exploring the rest of Puglia. We could not fault anything in the apartment and to add to the pleasure there is a wonderful spa on the roof terrace which was perfect to relax by after a morning out sightseeing! The owner Giuseppe was so lovely and helpful as the previous review said - nothing was too much trouble! (he help us organise trips and airport pickups/drop offs and gave us the run down on the local area) we were all very sad to leave. Highly Recommend this apartment and location! Just Beautiful!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung unter Einheimischen

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach voll und ganz dem Inserat. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten zur wunderschönen Altstadt, in dem man zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars besuchen kann. Die Wohnung und der Whirlpool, sowie die Dachterrasse ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr nett empfangen und betreut und er ist immer für alle Fragen zu erreichen. Bei der Auswahl und Buchung des Feriendomizils hat der Vermieter alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, um Städte und Sandstrände mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.
