Amazing penthouse apartment

Large and spacious Check the A/C in the living room, I could not get it to work. The sunbeds outside would benefit from jet washing all over. It would be nice to have a table and 2 chairs outside.

Amazing huge apartment, directly at the beach! Very clean and all you need included (fridge, dryer, washing machine, dish washer etc.!) You fall out of the door and you're at the promenade with many good bars and restaurants. Supermarkets are around the corner, literally! Communication was easy. Lots of transport (bus stations) around, if yougo pu lic. Big 24h parking in 100m if you come by car. Had a small problem with the shower (hose was broken), was fixed immediately. Would definitely come back... if I had more annual leave! Can recommend it...

Schön und gut, aber …

Die Möbel sind alt und abgewohnt. Heißes Wasser in der Küche lief nicht. Etwas wenig Wasser in den Duschen. Zu wenig Licht im Treppenhaus. Markise wäre schön gewesen.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Ärger von vorne bis hinten

WiFi funktioniert nur in einem kleinen Teil der Wohnung; Fahrstul ist zwei Tage ausgefallen (5.Stock!!); drei Tage lang war zudem das Licht im Fahrstuhl ausgefallen; Betriebsanleitung für die Küchengeräte Fehlanzeige; Schlüssel mussten angepasst werden um die Begehbarkeit der Wohnung zu gewährleisten; von 08:00 bis 16:00 Baulärm (Presslufthammer) und vor der Tür der Lärm der Verdichtungshammer für die Sandkrippe. Von alledem war in der Appartementbeschreibung keine Rede. So ist das Angebot restlos überteuert und liegt hart an der Grenze zum Eingehungsbetrug.
