About this property

Cosy guest room in Kemp Town

My guest room has a double bed, open wardrobe, bedside tables with built-in USB ports for charging phones and tea/coffee-making facilities. Bathroom and toilet are just across the hallway.

My place is in a quiet block of flats on the second floor with a small lift for easier access. It’s close to the leafy Queen’s Park, a proper pub (The Round George’s), private school Brighton College and the Royal Sussex hospital. It’s a 7 minute walk to Brighton seafront, 15 minutes to the Pier and 20 minutes to the city centre. The lively Kemp Town area with pubs, bars and restaurants is just 10 minutes away.

I am LGBTQ+ friendly.

There is a balcony for smoking or sitting outside in nice weather.

Het was super netjes. Strand en centrum is makkelijk te belopen, maar ook de bus vlakbij. de host communiceerde ook met ons maar de info kan iets completer. B.v waar je de auto kan parkeren en dat een bezoekerspas in huis ligt. Ook dat de sleutel niet op de deur past waar je hem vindt maar aan de achterkant bij de parkeerplaats. Wij hebben het zelf gevonden. Wat wel belangrijk is, dat een grote koffer niet in de slaapkamer past. Wij hadden het " geluk" dat de host zelf afwezig was en de koffer in de gang kon staan. Ook mochten we van hem nu gebruik maken van de woonkamer. Zijn daarom dik tevreden.

Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Etwas entfern vom Zentrum. Zu Fuss etwa 30 minuten.
