Minutes from downtown, wineries, and the Fairgounds, this property is privately situated on a 1 acre lot with amazing views (and visits from local deer) with plenty of off-street parking.

We offer a large pool that is 4ft deep throughout, perfect for kids and adults alike. Pool is surrounded by spacious deck area, for lounging in the sun, Yoga, or viewing the stars from the country setting. We have a thermal pool heating system that is dependent upon sunlight and ambient temperatures. Provides comfortable pool temperatures typically May through Oct.
Each bedroom has convenient USB plugs and Amazon Alexa/Dot on every nightstand. Echo Dot and Echo Show in kitchen and family room for recipes, weather, movies, jokes, as well as access to Amazon Unlimited music in every room. Covered patio in backyard is equipped with speakers, misters for those summer afternoons, and a natural gas BBQ. Side yard also has shaded patio with picnic table.

Upstairs rooms (each with own luxury white hotel linens, towels, hairdryer, ceiling fan, and Alexa feature):
~ Huge Master Suite with 1 Queen Sleigh bed + 1 Memory foam platform sleeper sofa to sleep 4 comfortably. Large en-suite dual sink bathroom with Spa Soaker tub & separate shower. Boasts vaulted ceilings with amazing southern views of mountains and beautiful sunrise/sunsets.
~ 2 rooms each with 1 Queen bed
~ 1 room with 2 twin XL beds
~ 1 double sink guest bath with Shower/tub combo.

Downstairs rooms:
~ 1 bedroom with Queen bed
~ 1 Full bath with Shower/Tub combo across the hall
~ Separate dining room with table that extends to seat 12
~ Family Room with gas fireplace
~ TV room adjacent to the Kitchen with large 60" TV, and entertainment
~ Breakfast area in newly renovated kitchen with Quartz countertops and island.

Kitchen is recently renovated and fully equipped with everything you need, including cookware, large crock-pot, outdoor and indoor tableware, entertaining dishes, reverse osmosis water purifier and Quartz countertops. Gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, Coffee maker, Tea Kettle and island to gather around.

Swim at your own Risk. Pool 4ft depth. Children <14 must be supervised. Close umbrellas when not in use.
NO PETS. Deposit may be forfeit. Service animals performing tasks for a physical disability are exempt, but Emotional service animals do not qualify.

Teri was extremely prompt in responding to our messages. The house was beautiful and comfortable and very well equipped. The game room added a lot of fun to our stay. We couldn’t get the fire pit to work, even though Teri patiently tried to walk us through it. It would have been nice to have during the chilly nights. Nevertheless, highly recommend booking a stay at this house!

This home was a perfect stay for 11 adult cousins to enjoy comfortably for a weekend stay in Paso Robles. The outdoor patio was a wonderful place to enjoy the hillside views. The house provided so many places to congregate around a large dining room table, game room and cozy couches. The beds were comfortable, the spaces all very clean and long driveway for multiple vehicles. Looking forward to booking here again for next year.

Beautiful home. And we loved the location. We were able to walk in the neighborhood in the morning filled with beautiful sceneries and pretty homes. Ideally perfect for 5 couples, we had to have one couple sleep on the two sofas but it was pretty comfortable. Host was very quick to respond. Much appreciated.

Best house in Paso!

I’ve been to Paso a few times and this was hands down the best house I’ve stayed in! The house is beautiful with the most breathtaking backyard that my friends and I never wanted to leave. Teri is a great host who thought of anything and everything a guest could need. She’s incredibly responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I would absolutely love to com back and stay here again!

Wonderful Thanksgiving stay

We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the home and all its amenities. The game room was a big hit. We hope to stay again in the spring or summer to take advantage of the lovely pool. The location is close enough to town to enjoy all the great Paso shops and restaurants. Great place to stay. 5 stars!!!!

Very comfortable for a group of 11 women; great location close to town and central to various wineries. Fabulous family retreat

The panoramic views, wonderful space, game room and close proximity to Paso Robles made this the perfect place for our families to spend a wonderful weekend together. Great social space but also enough places for people to also have quiet conversations. The game room was an absolute hit with kids of all ages!

This house was amazing for our group of girls. We slept 8 ppl comfortably and loved the game room and amenities. It would be great for any group and even kid/family friendly! Great location just a couple mins outside of downtown.

Hi. We are a large family split between LA and SFO, Paso is a perfect meeting spot. We love to travel and learn new cultures. I went to school in Santa Barbara and have loved reconnecting with the special feeling of the Central Coast.

We fell in love with the Central coast - it's small-town feel and friendly, approachable people and love coming here to reconnect and get away from it all! We hope you do as well.

What makes this property unique

We loved the privacy this property afforded us, while still being close to shops/restaurants/wineries. There is a certain feeling of serenity sitting by the pool and taking in the views or the stars. The house has room enough for all us us to be together or apart. We have incorporated little touches we would have liked to see in places we have stayed (usb ports by the sofas and each bedroom nightstand, wireless/bluetooth music, Amazon echos in every bedroom/kitchen/TVroom & game room, comfy beds, plush towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap/makeup remover/hairdryers in each bath, Game room, Free high-speed wifi, and a fully stocked kitchen (spices, oils, and plenty of dishes/pots/pans and utensils).
