The location was great—very close to the city, lake, and ferry, with many nice restaurants nearby and convenient parking options. The host was very helpful, responsive, and quick to answer our questions.However, there were a few issues that could be improved. The cleanliness was not as expected, as we found hair on the bed and pillows. We also had a privacy concern in the bathroom. The bathroom window did not have a curtain or any type of covering, and there was another building directly across with a view into the bathroom, which made us feel uncomfortable. The air conditioning also did not work properly, and the room would sometimes get very cold or too hot.
